“We were there a couple years until we purchased a home with land. This place was great in every way. Come in and out as you please at any time. We had not a single issue with rodents (which some outdoor storage places can).”
“The customer service representative that I dealt with from the time I moved in all the way up until today has been Andy.. and let me tell you Andy is one of the most genuine trustworthy honest awesome like I don't even know what else I can say about him except this I totally love this guy he is awesome he will work with you the best he can I just it's been a really long time since I have met someone or even spoken to someone as friendly and honest as him in a very very long time but other than that if you are looking for a storage unit just get ahold of extra space storage located on Allen road 11511 Allen road in Southgate,mi. I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”

“The staff is friendly an knowledgeable. You can have a free water an they have a freezer of ice cream which I thought I had to pay for but while I waited for my paperwork I had a free Ice cream. The unit is super clean . I definitely recommend this place.”
