“Logan is the greatest salesman of all time. I am a first responder and got my services set up at Cost-Co and was told I would be on FirstNet. I went into this location for a screen protector and when Logan pulled my account up, he noticed that I was set up on normal AT&T. He reassured me he could help me. I had to get a new phone number but everything was taken care of and I left with a phone on FirstNet. Logan stayed late with me after close and made sure everything was good. “I will start by saying I DREAD getting a new phone. However, Thomas at the Frandor location is by far the best and will have my continued business! I had a difficult situation with changing services and a malfunctioning phone. Not only did Thomas get me started in the process, but he was able to multi-task through many other customers. During this time, he checked in with customers, communicated well, welcomed everyone who came in the door and had a positive, uplifting attitude! He also listened to my concerns, and exactly what I wanted and needed and then delivered. My wife and I left the store much happier than when we got there! Thank you Thomas!!”
“I've never experienced anything less than PROFESSIONALISM from every employee in this store. This is a big deal to me because I have a form of autism that can make it hard to act in ways that society deems NORMAL. Today the symptoms of my aspergers syndrome flared up in the store but the employees here were very understanding and patient and compassionate. Today I was helped out by Serena. Very nice and patient young lady. Definitely looking forward to doing more business in this store. Walked in with an s23 ultra. Walked out with an s24 ultra”
“A couple weeks ago I had to get a new phone and it wasn't charging in my car. I went in to the S. Penn store and spoke with Corey. He said that some phones just don't, but he comped me a new charger. The new phone still wouldn't charge, but I thought his customer service was awesome.”

“It's not like the ghetto one downtown Lansing. This branch is a lot cleaner and the shelves are stocked in their display cases and counters. I feel safer at this one, not like the one downtown where are all the homeless people are coming at you like zombies. I like this branch because it's close to my house.”

It was a breath of fresh air to speak to her. Especially since I had been to two others Boosts in the area and they, “weren’t able to help me.” As a customer who has struggled with customer service people, I wholeheartedly think she deserves a raise.
