“I love shopping at our Monroe, MI Kohl's store! The store is always very neat, even though there is some renovations going on at this time to add Sephora. The selection of products is excellent, and the staff of associates is always very friendly and helpful! It's a joy to shop there!”

My comments are about ground works half gallon sprayers . Everyone I purchase this year have had a small pin hole in the bottom .
It will work for about a week or two,then start leaking. Can't afford to take another chance of trying another one.
Only used soap and water in it to kill wasp with.
Here is a update on my half gallon sprayers.
After using 4 sprayers this year, everyone of them leaked on the same seam.
I tried to reach out to ground works about my problem, but no answer yet after 4 weeks.
Looking for a new company to deal with as far as buying a sprayer.”

The pharmacy is very easily located near the service center public bathrooms are handicapped extensible. You can easily find an employee to offer help and assistance. I go to Monroe Meijer store for all my needs and groceries at least once a week if not twice a week”
“Store is clean. Just remodeled. Which means now I cant find anything lol. Plenty of parking but always crowded and have to walk alittle in parking lot.
Pharmacy is so, so. Usually a line. Most is self checkout. Sometimes one ot two regular cashier lanes are open. Can't usually find staff when you have questions. Service desk people make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them when you walk up and they're talking to eachother. They barely speak to you and are not friendly. Seem tired & just ready to get you to leave so they can finish their conversation. Smh.
Their online ordering is easy to use. Pick up is easy too. Staff are friendly. Quick. And efficient.”

“Customer Service is awful. If your purchase is over $100, they won't take it back without a receipt. They lost a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year at Meijer over a 110 dollar return. According to the store manager it was a "business" decision not a "customer service" decision. Apparently no one told him you don't have a business without customers.”
