“Very good and honest owners. I was in a rush one morning and stopped by to pick up a few things. The card machine stopped working and it was one of the few times I wasn’t carrying cash on me.A couple weeks go by and I received a phone call from Villa’s credit card company. They said Isaac looked into this and it did in fact charge my card and they were refunding both charges that him and I thought were canceled.There’s not many people that go through this effort to make things right. Especially without me even knowing.Thanks!”

“Since we moved to Monroe 18 months ago, I have been hospitalized, suffered a broken ankle, had PT and taken care of my disabled husband. The grocery pickup and delivery options to be most helpful. All the workers I've encountered have been helpful and most are cheerful to boot. Kudos to the grocery pickers and the delivery people. They should be recognized for their plain good old service.”

“I really hate going into any gas stations during this pandemic but I REALLY had to stop. The attendant was nice, wore her mask PROPERLY, and she was willing to help us find the items we were looking for. Also, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean they're public bathroom was. I mean it was spotless - which is highly unusual for any gas station.”

“By far my favorite store. I've been a frequent shopper since they opened. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. My go to store when I need essentials and prices are better than Walmart and Meijer so that's a plus especially having teenage boys.”

“I grabbed what I came for and some other items. The digital coupons actually work for me rather easily today. Usually when I go in here it's a challenge and I don't get why coupons can't just come off for less tech savvy people. Great deal on pies and bacon!”

“Prices seem to be higher than Meijer but occasionally sale prices are the best in the county. They are always kind to me. I use a mobility scooter because I have muscular dystrophy. They are also as helpful as possible to old people with Alzheimer's disease. It is always very clean. They sell gas but it is over priced. They often have bargains on seasonal items they place outdoors to lure you inside. The employees seem to have a lot of integrity and ask if they can help handicapped people. Kroger is a preferred pharmacy with some of the big insurance companies so you will get better prices than elsewhere if Kroger is on the preferred list”

“This review is really for Slice of Italy pizza that just opened in the store. I got the special of the day which was a large 1 topping pizza with breadsticks. Out the door it was $10.50. This pizza was delicious. Piping hot, lots of cheese and the pepperoni had great flavor. The breadsticks OMG so freaking good. And the homemade ranch was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to try more”

“Customer Service is awful. If your purchase is over $100, they won't take it back without a receipt. They lost a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year at Meijer over a 110 dollar return. According to the store manager it was a "business" decision not a "customer service" decision. Apparently no one told him you don't have a business without customers.”
