“This morning I stopped by and picked up a few items. I found the store neat and clean. The employees were very friendly. Back in the day and I used to work at Kmart from 1985-1996 and that is when Kmart Closed Permanently on Sunday May 8,1996, on Mother's Day at 1:30pm.The section where Dollar Tree ? is used to be, Wrigley's Supermarket, Great Scott!Supermarket, and a Kroger Store and Kroger has Closed Permanently.”
“I went to pick up a bottle of Eternity for men. The staff was helpful and kind. The stock was a bit disorganized but she found what I needed. I also picked up a pair of shoes. They have a big selection of styles and colors of men's shoes. Also, it seems most sizes are on the shelf and well organized.”

Hidden Gem at Hall Road & I‑94!
I love shopping at this HomeGoods! Every time I stop in, I find something new and unique for my home—from beautiful throw pillows and kitchenware to fun seasonal decorations. The store is well-organized, clean, and always fully stocked with fresh merchandise.
The staff is friendly and helpful, especially when I need help finding something or getting a heavy item to the car. I had a great experience with one of the managers who went out of his way to assist me with a return.
This location feels like a treasure hunt every time I go. If you're decorating on a budget or just love a good deal, this is the place to be!

“This Meijer location is my go-to. No drama here, and it’s your typical Meijer, so it’s consistent with what you expect. However, I’m not a fan of them stocking the shelves at 10-12 at all. I have to maneuver around the isles and feel like I’m in there way sometimes. I remember when stores were 24 hours and they did the stocking overnight now we pay more for worse service. Speaking of which, those patronizing self checkouts… I have to fill out a damn questionnaire before I start ringing MYSELF up and can literally scan my case of water first and at the end I’ll still get have to wait for “approval” for the case of water because the overhead AI camera will see my case of water still in the cart and not on the bagging platform. I’m a bodybuilder and spend thousands here and when I get to the self checkout I can’t help but feel like as a regular shopper I’m not all that valued here or that the experience just isn’t what I’d like. The store has everything I need but the lady rushing us out the store on the intercoms at 11:45 when I KNOW what time the damn store closes and checking me when their workers forget to take off a tag just makes me want to shop at a smaller mom and pop store just to feel valued. Good store tho overall”
“I had an amazing photo shoot with Zoe. She was very patient, understand and friendly my pictures came out great. Her manager also always gave me words of encouragement. If you are looking for a friendly environment and great pictures go see Zoe and James you will not be disappointed 10/10 service.”
“I go to Meyer and Kroger, but I prefer Myers layout. Because the aisles are so much wider.. I will say kroger has much better fresh fish... Kroger's just kind of a Not a benefit as far as the gasoline, usually their gas. Even when you get the discount, there's no cheaper than surrounding gas stations.”

I had to buy a lot of clothes in a hurry due to a death in the family and I really needed the help and kind words of comfort she extended. She is a kind and compassionate lady who took out her time to help us. She is a gem. Lots of value at this store as well.”

The people don’t usually pay any attention to me, but this time, there was a lovely employee, named Kayla who came up to me and helped me big time! She was such a sweetheart, and made sure I found everything I needed before I checked out.”
“Looking for cushions for my out side chairs.found them .the 14 mile store is all things. No food or make up type items. But the Gratiot store has both items.not so many house things, but food and personal stuff,make up etc. both stores were clean bright and had lots of things to shop for .”
“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”
“Bought a Kurig black fri and it died after 2+ months. I heard the company makes you pay shipping it back, so I was glad I bought it from Target and my account gave me the online order recipe. I printed it, carried it in with the item, and it took less than a minute to be credited. Easy”

“I can always find exactly what I needed, plus more! I love the new layout of the store. Very organized and just a pleasure to shop there. My only negative is I wish they could make the aisles wider. It can get a bit cramped. I guess that is a small price to pay when you can walk out of there with 3-4 items for the price of one. Oh, and the people working there are so pleasant and helpful.”

The building itself is older and definitely in need of some improvements. Cracked tiles, etc. But the store was clean nonetheless.
Also appreciated that the cashier wasn’t pushy with the credit card. Asked and when I replied no, that was that. That alone makes me want to come shop again.”
“I never have to wait in line at this store or check out on the self serve registers. This is by far my favorite Meijer Store at 15 Mile and Utica. There is always help on the floor and the customers and staff are so friendly and helpful.”

Con, taking away cashiers. Eliminating jobs, is not a plus for me. Seeing you're such a large company! Plus, it's really hurting customers like myself that need and could use the help. “this store has the best service i have seen in quite some time. everything is easy to find in the aisles and there so many things to look at! they have this display section that always has different themes like dolly parton, lilo and stick, halloween displays, and so sooo much more. the display table has anything ranging from cooking utensils to lighting to plushies! the amazing staff at this location are always so helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. specially jacob and julia at checkout. they took so much care and time in assist me with my transaction. they showed great care and compassion in ensuring i was satisfied even though it was nearing close and i had an incredibly large order. shoutout to jacob and julia!!! every visit to this store is a great one.
