“It is very nice when some ask if you need any help and actually goes and looks for what you requested and then (stock depe) provides it.
Janay did exactly this - after another person told me straight away that the item was not in stock.
Thank you very much for saving me time going to another store - especially when you didn't even know I was already told it wasn't in stock. Excellent customer service and concern.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars
Hidden Gem at Hall Road & I‑94!
I love shopping at this HomeGoods! Every time I stop in, I find something new and unique for my home—from beautiful throw pillows and kitchenware to fun seasonal decorations. The store is well-organized, clean, and always fully stocked with fresh merchandise.
The staff is friendly and helpful, especially when I need help finding something or getting a heavy item to the car. I had a great experience with one of the managers who went out of his way to assist me with a return.
This location feels like a treasure hunt every time I go. If you're decorating on a budget or just love a good deal, this is the place to be!
Highly recommend!”

“Clean and organized. This location has a huge variety of brands and items to choose from. Staff is always friendly and helpful. During the holidays, the lines go very quickly.”
“Thank you Sherry and Julianna. They helped locate all the items I was looking for and was so patient using wonderful customer service. I typically don’t write reviews but because of their positive way of handling a situation that could have been stressful considering they had to do extra to ensure I had what I was looking for. I appreciate them!”
“Susan is AMAZING!!! She helped me after a very frustrating day working with TSC online support. I appreciate everything she did and cannot wait to get our new lawn mower delivered!”
“Your cart guy who is currently working, absolutely great personality. I am not in the mood to talk to anyone today, but he greeted me AND made me feel like I was an important person. He changed my entire mood for the day for the better. Just wanted someone to know.”
“I was looking to potentially buy outside furniture and Shabana really helped me a lot. She offered great examples on how to save money and buy the best deal possible. Give this customer hostess a raise!
Thanks so much Shabana.”

“Here to leave a review about an AMAZING woman you have working for you!….
Her name: PORSHIA
Store location: Hall/Heindreich (Macomb Twp) 20877 Hall Rd
She was beyond helpful, kind, and big thanks to her!!
She helped me in a pinch trying to locate an organizer for a tote bag I bought as a gift for my daughter’s teacher appreciation day. (PORSHIA DESERVES SOME APPRECIATION TOO TARGET!! Just saying; she is wonderful!)”
“I live and Sterling heights and travel 22 minutes to get to this location during my drive I passed at least three Dollar trees to get here. This location is always clean and stopped for the things that I'm looking for and some of the things I wasn't. I will always shop here first”
“this store has the best service i have seen in quite some time. everything is easy to find in the aisles and there so many things to look at! they have this display section that always has different themes like dolly parton, lilo and stick, halloween displays, and so sooo much more. the display table has anything ranging from cooking utensils to lighting to plushies! the amazing staff at this location are always so helpful and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. specially jacob and julia at checkout. they took so much care and time in assist me with my transaction. they showed great care and compassion in ensuring i was satisfied even though it was nearing close and i had an incredibly large order. shoutout to jacob and julia!!! every visit to this store is a great one. COME SHOP YALL!!!”
“The worker there had informed me about my milk being moved to only an online purchase. I really appreciated the time he took to look and really care about my disappointment!
Overall Walmart employees at this location have been helpful and kind.”
“I was a bit absent minded today. When checking out at a self checkout register, I pulled out some cash back, and left it behind whilst daydreaming probably. Luckily, my guardian Angel Nick set aside the money for me to receive once I returned. Thank you Nick as well as the wonderful woman at customer service (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) for helping me correct my silly mistake.”
“Want to give a special Thanks to (Tracey) who works at the self checkout area And (Gabriel) who helped me with a purchase for my Son’s birthday. Both of these individuals went above and beyond what their Job required them to do and if only we had more people like that In this world we’d be a better society.
Ps, These two deserve a raise if they haven’t already gotten it. Two extremely hard working people.”
“Been coming here 20+ years, absolutely love this Meijer! However - first time ever, a bitter 70+ year old female greeter stared at me as I entered the store, I alerted the door alarm walking in, and then as I left the store, alerted it again, she checked my receipt - only bought two items - and then she tells me to set my purse down & says “it must be you”. I’ve never needed to steal so no worries about that, I take no offense. Just hope she finds a part-time job past retirement that she actually finds joy in! Have a better day, love. God bless you 😁”

“I go to Meyer and Kroger, but I prefer Myers layout. Because the aisles are so much wider.. I will say kroger has much better fresh fish... Kroger's just kind of a Not a benefit as far as the gasoline, usually their gas. Even when you get the discount, there's no cheaper than surrounding gas stations.”
