“I’ve visited the store several times for simple needs like paying a bill or purchasing a phone case, and I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. Recently, after upgrading our phones, AT&T failed to send a shipping label for one of the devices. After multiple unsuccessful calls to the provided support numbers, I came into the store for help.
Allen was extremely helpful—he guided me through the necessary steps, spoke directly with customer service to clarify the issue, and ensured the shipping label was emailed to me. He also printed two copies of the label, one for the package and one for our records, in case any issues arise.”

“I came into this T-Mobile store today feeling frustrated after trying to cancel my account over the phone without getting the help I needed. From the moment I walked in, though, Camry completely turned my experience around.
She greeted me with kindness, listened patiently as I explained the situation, and immediately took ownership of the problem. Instead of rushing through the process, she made sure I understood every step. Canceling a phone line can be confusing, but Camry explained everything clearly and professionally so there were no surprises.
What impressed me most was her dedication. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service advocating for me and making sure everything was handled correctly. At no point did she seem impatient or distracted — she was calm, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping me. That level of customer care is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition.
Customer service like this is what keeps people loyal to a brand. Even though I was there to cancel my account, Camry made such a positive impression that I left feeling valued and respected rather than stressed. She represents T-Mobile exceptionally well.
If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Camry. She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Camry, for making a potentially stressful situation so much easier.

“My dad and I went to the Saline location the day after Christmas and Terry was working the store solo so his coworker could take off to get well from the holiday bug going around.Terry went above and beyond to help us as he patiently bounced from customer to customer to make sure we all felt supported as we set up new devices, asked questions, and purchased new accessories. “Went in with granddaughter to transfer our phones from Verizon to Tmobile. Did not get the man’s name but very disinterested in helping. Gave me a new phone # for my phone , very hurriedly brushed us off. Didn’t understand the details fully, went back in the next day even worse. Same Arabic man again was worthless. If u have people in your store that hate the job job that much tell them to move along. Found another store with the most helpful people ever.”

“Went into the store two days ago to change my iPhone
Young man noticed that I was going from a 12 to 11 and ask if there is any damage to my 12 and I told him that I ran over my phone and just going to one of the old ones for now and he told me that I had insurance on my iPhone 12 before we changed anything he told me to make sure I get a claim in. They accepted my claim through the insurance and he really saved my pocket!
