“The finance manager that assisted me with my 2023 Lincoln Cosair was amazing. He and another salesperson made me feel very welcome. Hence, however, my experience dealing with the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase wasn’t favorable. He didn’t listen to me at times. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I was extremely annoyed and didn’t feel welcome. The overall dealership and customer service from the receptionist and service advisors in the back that assisted me were very kind and full of helpfulness. Would highly recommend the finance manager and his impeccable and kind demeanor to everyone else who is loolokg for a new or used Lincoln. Great selection of vehicles. Top tier indeed. Prefer them over BMW & Mercedes Benz any day. Great dealership overall.”

“I had a really good first experience taking my Jaguar XK to the Novi location. I’d been going elsewhere before, but came here for routine maintenance and to check on a concerning fluid leak. Johnny was great—he explained the diagnostic process clearly and called me with the results and options. Thankfully it wasn’t anything major.
When I picked up the car, it was washed and looking great. Everyone at the dealership, both at drop-off and pick-up, was attentive and genuinely friendly. I appreciated the excellent service and will be making Novi my regular location from now on.”

“We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!”

“I stopped into Cycle Gear in Novi to pick up a Quad Lock phone case for my husband, and I had such a great experience. I was greeted right away by Olivia, who quickly found exactly what I needed. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations for riding gear.
As someone who’s new to riding, it was especially nice to talk with another woman who understood my feelings about sizing and fit. Olivia made me feel comfortable and confident, and she even told me about their Tuesday bike nights—something no one had mentioned during my previous visits.
I truly appreciated her kindness and expertise, and I’m looking forward to coming back and working with Olivia again. Highly recommend stopping in!”
