PacSun is a huge store with a really nice Brandy Melville section that carries Princess Polly. The store has a great aesthetic and is always clean. The staff and managers are very friendly, chill, and helpful. They provide excellent service, like helping pick out outfits. The experience is better than some reviews suggest. Customers plan to return, especially as long as PacSun carries certain brands.
I always get a “Hello, welcome in!” by this amazing staff, the staff here is great and helped me find clothes for my daughter for Christmas. Although it is very busy the staff here still accommodate and help customers to the best of their ability, I love it here!

employees were pretty chill and helpful when needed. this place is better than the reviews make it out to be. i know how retail is and they’re just doing their jobs, customers are just entitled.
