“Update: Paul actually did reach out to me personally as he said in the response. I was actually surprised because I wasn't really expecting anything. However, he was very professional and offered to take a look at my ring. Because we live in California, we mailed the ring back and ultimately, he offered to have the ring sent back to the manufacture to have the setting remade. It turned out stunningly, it was a brand new setting with the same diamonds. The process took several weeks but Paul emailed and called me with updates and tracking information. I'm so thankful to him for taking the time to reach out to one customer and making sure we were taken care of. I'm just so relieved and love my ring again!!”

“This is a true Detroit ICON of a company and has been integral in the resurgence of Detroit. They're known for their watches and watch bands but it was their leather briefcases, backpacks and travel cases that caught my eye. They're made of extremely high quality American made and sourced materials. The series of leather from the runwell backpacks was especially impressive with cognac, yellow, black and elephant leather colors to choose from. The leather is very thick and sturdy with some of the heavier leather hides I've encountered they're on the pricey side though at around $995 and up so this is a purchase you would get for yourself or someone to celebrate a milestone or something special but from what I've seen in store they do look and feel worth it. The only concern is that the bag is already heavy and adding things into it will only add to this so I'd be mindful of that if you have back problems or need to be more mobile. I enjoyed the experience and the staff was friendly and willing to show me and give some background on their products which I was impressed with as this is certainly an investment type of purchase.”

“Great customer service. I didn't purchase anything but I did find a bracelet that I will be back for. They didn't have a sale at this time. Our sales lady was a pleasure to speak with. She gave us some knowledge on what was coming out soon and also helped my friend with her purchase. I learned that a necklace I got for my five year anniversary with my company came from Swarovski. It's a gorgeous necklace that is a classic style. I've had mine for 3 years now and it's still beautiful.”

It's high to get a watch battery replaced here imo starting at $25 but I get that the employee gets paid a bit out of that cost and you get a 2yr replacement guarantee . So that's good, as many times as you need within that time frame . One watch that I git a battery replaced in has a movement issue. But I'm not going to invest in it. It's a timex expedition, it's a nice watch, but not that nice. I can get another model that takes the same battery off ebay somewhere. But thankfully I have another timex model that takes the same battery”
