4820 S Baldwin Rd STE 3B, OrionI went there today to get food and stumbled on a toy for my dogos. Upon checking out the toy did not have a barcode. The cashier had to call for a manager; Rick. He came over, took the scanner, ran over found the toys scanned and just went above and beyond to just make my day. He was super polite, good conversation and helpful. I will only be doing my shopping at the store cuz of rick.

The team are all kind, friendly and polite, they do a good job of explaining issues, treatments, and recovery–they never once treated a question like it was a stupid question! Great, fair prices too, and they're more than willing to work with you in that regard. When we get another pet, I hope Dr. Morris can take us. ❤️

When we made the decision to put my Bella down after nearly 14 years I was understandably devastated, but the compassion Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff showed made a terrible afternoon a little bit easier. The room they provided was private ù quiet with calming white noise. They had some treats you could give her as the time went on. Hershey kisses in a little jar labeled 'goodbye kisses', these small things also made it a little easier.
I felt like we were the focus of the staff at the time (although I am sure they continued the business as normal) it made me feel supported and taken care of. The entire staff is angels, I could of not asked for a better team or facility for that moment. I'm glad it happened there, I'm sure Bella is grateful too. Thank you so very much to Dr. Morris, Jen and the rest of the team.
