“Don't often give these ratings on banks because I go to so many but... This bank is not only historical but very detailed inside if you look around (mainly up). They were very nice and helpful. Michelle Wilson was very informative and gave many options for my small business to thrive.Pros.1. Not packed - You can get in and out pretty quick most of the time.2. Multiple specialists - seems to always be more than one person in the office cubicles.3. Has weather covered indoor ATM 24 hours4. Front street and rear parking lot access for walkers or drivers. (Being downtown is important not to have to walk all the way around the building to enter it)Cons.1. Parking lot is very small2. Does not have drive-thru service”

“Luv this supermarket. Has everything. Good lunchmeats , Boarhead, as well as store's products. I buy the Kroger brand producfs/produce all the time. Good prices and lots of extras like points for what you buy, sale items included, all good towards gas purchases at Kroger's gas station. There is a jewelry department, pharmacy, clothing and tbeir own bakery, Coffee bar included. Make sure you sign up for a Kroger Plus card.”

“Wanted to open a personal savings account with my boyfriend so that we could try to save for a house, I tried to do it online because my work hours conflict with their hours of operation and I waited too long during the account opening process and it timed out (this was after business hours), the very next day I receive a call from a very helpful employee stating that they received my account application and they were eager to help me out. I was able to schedule a time to come in (close to closing time) and Shelby, one of the employees was able to help get my boyfriend and I set up. I felt bad that we came at such a late time but she assured me that it was okay and was very friendly and personable with us. The manager, Kelsey was also a huge help as my online application had caused a little trouble due to my own error. Great experience through and through! I love trusting my finances with a credit union as I am a self proclaimed “credit union girl” and the service here was other worldly EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 WOULD recommend!”
