“The representative who use to be a manager but now works in business department is phenomenal. I previously worked with an unprofessional business manager name India at the Southfield location. She made the experience horrible and wasted my valued time. But Kevin ended up reaching back out to me , he handled everything quickly and professional. I’m very appreciative of his help and dedication to provide splendid customer service. He didn’t require recognition, but I want to say thank you and job well done. “Verizon Wireless in Sterling Heights on Van Dyke Ave. This place was so laid back and the environment was chill which was an added plus for me when I walked in the door. The sales rep Joey, was That Guy! He ran down every scenario, every option, and any discount that might apply. This included using insurance that I had. I ended up with a new version of my current phone with a cheaper monthly bill. I truly appreciate his hard work, diligence, and expertise! I highly recommend this location to all Verizon customers!”

“I visited this store on Friday 5/15/26. I wanted to upgrade my broken phone. Suzan was the person that helped me and she informed me that she was the manager. I was confident that she could help me in some way. I told her that I had a budget and only a certain amount of money to spend. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to upgrade my phone and she put me on a better phone plan, gave me trackers for my phone, and give me a discount. I was able to upgrade my iPhone 13 to a iPhone 16. I’m so happy I came to that location. SUZAN is awesome and she is running this store well. It was another employee there name Dylan and he was very nice and I could hear how helpful and informative he was while helping other customers. Thank you y’all so much for a wonderful experience. I will definitely and also will recommend your location to others.”

“The service that my parents received was outstanding. Nate H., the retail store manager provided our service. My parents are elderly and some of the information Nate was sharing had to be repeated. He did not display any loss of patience and was very professional. In fact, everyone in the store displayed top-notch customer service, which is a testament to his leadership. The staff at this location should serve as a blueprint for other locations. I highly recommend this location.”
“Thank you!!!! The Sterling Heights Xfinity Store went above and beyond to help me receive my promotional credit that wasn’t applied when I upgraded two phones last November . One received the $700 credit but the other was not recognized. After 5 months of dealing with agents online and a myriad of excuses, CJ, other store reps including management worked hard to convince Xfinity and Assurance that I was due the $700 credit. It took three days and numerous ECM investigations to finally get it done. Kudos to the staff and management at the Sterling Heights Xfinity store 14 Mile and VanDyke. 👏👏👏.”

“I wanted to share my experience at this location. 2 days ago, I went in and the Manager Sam who was so kind in getting a temporary phone of mine running because my phone just arbitrarily stopped working . After I rec'd my new phone direct from T Mobile, I went to another location & had a terrible experience. The next day I (evening after work) I was on the phone w/TMobile & Apple back & forth for 4 hours & they couldn't get it activated. I felt defeated - today as a last resort, I decided to go back to see Sam hoping he could help me. Unfortunately, he was off but I was greeted by Mario. Let me tell you, Mario was absolutely nothing short than extraordinary. Within 10 minutes, he had my new phone activated then he felt so bad because of the experience I had, he figured a way to get my old phone running by charging it on a flat charger (not using the port) and it worked!! He kept the afternoon and when I picked it up after work, it was successfully fully charged!! He did that so I could could back up all my data to my new phone. It's people like him that make this world a better place. Hats off to his parents for raising such a wonderful individual. God Bless you Mario! And Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!! ?”

“The exit gate has been broken for months. The entry gate doesn't make sense if I can just drive through the exit gate into the parking lot. Other than that the datacenter is fine; it's affordable rack space.”
“Re’Ko was extremely thorough & helped me double check I was good to transfer from another carrier. The deals almost seemed too good. I felt like I was being bamboozled, then he spent over an hour with me, walking me through every single number, option & quote. Why it costs this, what I’ll pay next month and so on. Set me up with a new phone, internet deal & contact if I need to troubleshoot. It was really nice to be so well taken care of, he made my day by being so authentic & knowledgeable!”
“I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience with Waheedah Uddin. She was absolutely amazing! I came in for an upgrade and left with a few extras. She even stayed beyond her lunch break to make sure everything was taken care of and did a fabulous job.
She kept my husband and me smiling the entire time. We shared plenty of laughs, but what impressed me most was her ability to remain professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.

“Very helpful and courteous staff. Our last visit (9/23) was with Caitlyn, who was so helpful and patient with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current deals available and how to arrange our product and service orders to get the best value. She took extra time to check availability of devices at other nearby stores and presented several options for payment and financing. This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.”
