“Decent service, small retail space but all the postal amenities. Would recommend there are wait times when busy so expect some delays, limited parking, but people usually pull out fairly quickly. Street parking, handicap accessible but very heavy doors, so it may be limited access for some. Mailbox outside for easy drop off, but not a drive up style it's drop off, but you need to get out of the car to deposit your mail.”

“I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. Due to the new bright light named Jasmyne. She's professional, kind, quick and patient. She doesn't raise her voice, she doesn't treat customers like they aren't worth her time. I walked in with a package to ship. I didn't have a box, tape or anything except a shipping label QR code. There was 1 person at the window and 2 working in the back. They got me a box and everything I needed with no attitude.
Since I was unprepared, I had to get in line 3 different times. Still went fast and smooth. However, there were some impatient customers who had attitudes.”

“Used the drop in mailbox to return a small package I already labeled on Monday at 5:50 or so, when there was a busy line is around 11 people. Within just 1 day they updated it at around 9:30 pm shown on ebay (then arrived elsewhere 1 hour later). I wish it was slightly earlier like at 6pm but that's still great updating time!”

“The staff is very helpful and appreciated by me every time I have things inside their scope. They are overworked and under recognized.That being said USPS as an entity should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I’ve only seen 2 people a lady I believe is the Post Master and one gentleman. Please get these people help and rehab the building!Again the workers are doing their best. If the front door is locked maybe they went on a rest room break. My every interaction with this team they are VERY helpful. Just be patient. If your experience push back. Just be gracious.I travel a lot and have PO Boxes in other states. Outside of South Dakota. “I went to this location to pick up a package and the way the line was ran was very efficient. The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. The employee and her manager who assisted me were very friendly. I live close by so I’ll be going to this location moving forward.”

“I can't speak for everyone else, but my 14 envelopes of paperwork was received by the company very fast. Mailed everything 2 months ago, and called them 2 days ago about the paperwork. The young black woman that was at the front was very nice, kind, and assisted me very well with no problem at all. Now, last year I did come to this same post office to mail in paperwork and the company was never receiving anything and not sure why. But, I've also experienced this situation at other different locations in Detroit/Michigan period!! I've decided to give this location another shot, and everything did workout well with no complaints.”

“Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!”
