“We went into the store and met with Carina. We explained what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. There are so many chairs and sofas to see, Carina was able to show us what we were interested in. We picked a loveseat and then we went to work on a fabric. Picked out quite a few, she showed us what it would look like on the computer and next thing we ordered, delivered and we love them! A very good experience, a very fair price and a beautiful product. There are reasons our home is loaded with La-Z-Boy products. Comfort, Quality and Durability. Thanks La-Z-Boy!”

“Shout out to Cecilia! As soon as we walked into the store she greeted us and guided us toward an absolutely painless purchase process! Utilizing her iPad she gave us all the price options and availability instantaneously. She answered all of our questions and was such a delight. We were able to secure delivery and setup for our purchase at week’s end! The showroom is so spacious, well organized and spotless! One of my favorite perks was they had a free refreshment bar to include ice cream, candy, cookies, coffee, tea and water. It’s a delightful touch to what can be a nerve racking purchase process of big ticket items. I will definitely go in person to Bob’s for my next furniture purchase whereas usually order online.”

As we left White's, I actually told my wife I was excited about the couch.
We walked in and was greeted by Carol. We had thoughts of all of our other furniture shopping experiences, but let Carol know what we thought we were looking for, (leather couch). Carol asked us all the right questions, informing us about other options that are more durable and look like leather!
Our current couch hasn't lasted 3 years, with the seams tearing, cracks, tears, the finish is wearing off. (We got it a store that rhymes with Schmob's). So it was time for a piece that is built in the USA!

“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

“Bought a used PTAC AC unit here. It was extremely cheap, they let me pick the one I wanted, and they took the time to find all the pieces to it.
It works great. It's obviously used and makes a lil noise, but it blows cold and hot. If it breaks before I move out, I'll definitely come back to buy another.”

“I never met any of the people who moved everything out of our basement I was out of town everything was cleaned all removed it's hard to believe the damage the flood caused. The basement was totally destroyed carpet, drywall cabinets they had a big crew and basically had everything removed before I returned home they corresponded with me our insurance every step they took we were given a complete list of what was stored the loss and handled our house with care I would totally recommend this company!”

“The Target in Dearborn Heights is a pretty chill spot to shop at. The store is clean and organized, so you’re not running around searching forever. They’ve got a nice variety of stuff — groceries, clothes, and all the random things you remember you need while you’re there. The workers I’ve talked to have been friendly and helpful, and checkout usually moves pretty quick. Overall, it’s just a solid Target to swing by when you need to grab a few things or end up doing a full cart run.”
