“Rally House was honestly a fun surprise.
I was impressed by how much Michigan sports merchandise they carry — from Lions and Tigers gear to Red Wings and college teams — all in one place. It’s the kind of store where you end up spotting things you didn’t plan to buy but actually want.
We went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a hat and a hoodie. The selection made it easy to compare styles and sizes in person, which is something you don’t always get online. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through, and the staff were friendly without being pushy.

While I was checking out to buy my shoes, I asked if after I walk out the door the shoes were mine? She said absolutely not. If I wasn't ? satisfied, I could return them within a generous amount of time period and Either exchange or get a refund. “Wish I got the name of the young lady that seen me holding all my daughters bags while she was in changing room.. The worker was very polite and seen my arms where tired I kept setting stuff down I had shoes from 2 different stores and clothes that my daughter was getting at hollister.. She said I can put all that stuff behind the counter for you until you guys are done.. I said oh thank you.. Then after I purchased stuff we left went to couple more stores my daughter couldn't find anything else she wanted to go back to Hollister where we purchased all her school clothes.. Then my card declined she said it does that if you take it out to fast didnt make me feel stupid The 2nd time I just did the tap way and it worked.. My Daughter was Happy loves her clothes.. Only thing I would suggest for pants is try to separate the sizes in different piles I had to dig to the bottom for her size and tried not knocking stuff off and the ones on the racks it's hard to see sizes in the back..”

“The woman I spoke with on the phone and interacted with on Sunday, January 28th in the store (I believe her name started with a D, perhaps Destiny or Desiree?) was SO incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind to my 12 year old son and I. He is autistic and non verbal, and she was just so sweet with him! I'm so happy they had the shoes he wanted. Its rare he is passionate about a particular piece of clothing or accessory he wants, and I have never seen him more enthusiastic about a pair of shoes as he was these.”
