“I love going to Speedway and have been frequenting them for years. Most stores over the years have been upgraded and cleaned up (not that all needed it) and its nice to pull in to a clean store that's well stocked.I stop in to this one since it's on my way to work and easy to get to. (I don't have to go out of my way to go here, which is a bonus.) Gas prices here are very competitive and generally lower than other stations around. While construction makes it difficult to get in and out of, usually other drivers are nice to let you back into traffic, as long as you're making a right and not a left. I don't recommend left turns out of this station, especially back onto Schoenherr. The inside of the stations really well stocked with tons of drinks and snacks to choose from. Slushie fountains and coffee stations are always in good order and easy to get too. Staff here's quick and efficient, so no issues there.So, why only 4 stars? The bathrooms! UGH. The woman's bathroom is on the more neglected side and it has been consistently bad since I've started coming here. Toilet paper all over the floor, dirty toilet bowls, messy sinks. I really think nobody bothers to clean it on a regular basis. The only thing I can count on is at least they have toilet paper. Sadly, it's rarely ever clean in here and after a while it bothers me to no end. If they cleaned it and KEPT it clean I'd bump it up a star, but really, they need to do a better job.Aside from that, I do love coming here. It's really a nice store for the area and generally a clean place to stop and get gas, coffee, drinks or what not.”

“Stopped to get some gas as I was running a little low. Busy location and I could see why. It's in a prime location and convenient. It has a lot of variety of things to offer besides gas. Snacks, food, pop, chips and cigarettes.While I was at thus location I encountered a representative named Stacy or Stacey. She had such a great attitude and pleasant personality. A lot of people as they leaving the building were saying bye to her. That told me a lot and mine own experience with was awesome. She is a great asset to Speedway and that location.I have to apologize to her though. My mouth and brain were not running together. I accidentally said to Stacy that she was to nice...my bad...what I wanted to say...it was a pleasure to meet an employee who has such a awesome attitude towards her job/position and offers great customer service to her customers and I bet fellow employees.I will stop there for now on to fill up my tank on my way to my favorite hobby shop.Highly recommend coming here for gas, a pop or a snack.I wanted to say to...Stacy also brought to my attention on how easy it would be for me to log in with my phone number for the Speedy card. I didn't have it on my person so she instructed me to entered my phone number on a pad and shevsaved me 11 cents on the gallon which I was grateful for.They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. They do also now have a self checkout line to so one can get in and out faster.”

“I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy. It's a busy location, but despite this staff are always friendly, service is prompt and staff are always willing to go above and beyond- always willing to call provider's offices, answer questions, they even stayed open late one evening for me to pick up my husband's cardiac medication after being discharged late from the hospital. Anette, the pharmacist I've dealt with on several occasions is amazing, as are every single other staff member I've encountered here (and sadly, I'm here a lot these days so that is saying a lot). So glad to have made the switch from another local pharmacy about 2 years ago.”

“This location has greatly improved. At one time it was a location that I avoided. However Ramone on midnights & Heba in the early AM Keep the place very spiffy and clean also the coffee bar area is fully stocked with all the essentials. And it is a rare 7-Eleven that has this much parking. Make sure you have the 7-Eleven app downloaded on your phone because every 7th coffee is free and you can accumulate rewards for free store items.”

“A great slurpee machine, I love these new ones because they give you a perfect consistency. They had classic flavors and a new one or two. The staff working were nice and it was a decently clean store. They have a gas station as well which is a bonus- if you pay inside at certain 7-Elevens you can earn points with your 7-Eleven rewards when you fill your tank. Great stop!”

I'm on Medicare now, with an OTC card, and CVS has a lot of blue tag items. I was in need of stuff that qualified, so I brought it all up to the counter to pay. The guy, dressed in cool, wild clothes (which is awesome for business), assisted me with the whole process! I couldn't believe, as a senior, what great service I got from him?
Anyway, I got home and had purchased highly fragrant Ebson salts. I was hurting real bad and attempted to return them the next day. They were so busy there, but a manager saw I needed assistance, badly, so she called me to a separate register.
She made the whole return process a breeze, even though I opened the packaging.....it was not a good product! Not only that, and this was strange, she noticed I was struggling to find the right product, so she closed the register down, ran and got me the right product to help (non fragrant salts).
I was surprised how they changed at that store? Such nice service! And I get to park, right up front, in the handicapped spot :)
I figured writing a good review is far better than a call to corporate. They probably just hear complaints all day. Hahaha! Thanks for being a great part of our community in Troy, CVS.

“We live within walking distance to this 7-eleven. My two granddaughters always wants me to take them there for slurpies and a sandwich. Every employee is so very nice and pleasant and if the store is having buy one get one free they always let the customers know.a few times I was having trouble finding a certain flavor of pepsi,the employee asked me if she could help me.I told her what I was looking for she said to me I'll get it for you ,she told me to go up to the counter so I didn't lose my place in line. This is the only 7-11 that go to. Keep up the great work!”
