“I had an exceptionally positive experience at this BP station today.
The service I received was truly outstanding and thoughtful. I was juggling a baby car seat and needed to pump gas, and the gentleman working inside immediately noticed the situation. He came outside without hesitation to pump the gas for me.
This level of kindness and helpfulness goes far beyond typical customer service. I was so appreciative of his consideration for my inconvenience that I was happy to tip him \$10.00.
It's refreshing to encounter such genuinely thoughtful employees. Highly recommend this location!”

I always got friendly behaviour from kc sb serry and others. they always cool and give everybody good vibes for shopping. now they have some new employees. i Don't know why they so rude never say any greetings and feel like they Don't want to talk with customers. 7-11 need to be careful about their customer service.”
