Many people appreciate the ease of access and functionality. However, at peak times for fuel, it may become crowded. Therefore, using it early in the morning or late in the evening would be best.”

“I was desperate for some country ribs. Went to Costco and there were none in the cold case. Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. Customer service is alive and well at the Roseville Costco.”
“Tech savvy pumps that allow you to use QR code and connected card to pay. Trash bins full despite an attendant always there. Long lines but they are better after 2 pumps got added. Sam club fuel customers are the worst as they enter the wrong lines and use the pump with the hose over there car thinking they are saving time.”

“I was in a dire situation, it was a Sunday afternoon, I had to move/take my son to Ohio for a new job starting the next morning (a 7-hr drive for me that day). My van had a tire with a fast leak and I had no spare. I called the tire center and they were 1) open on a Sunday, which was amazing (all others I tried b4 thinking of Costco were closed)
2) though they were very busy, they were empathetic to my “emergency situation” and could not gave been more professional, customer service focused and understanding.
3) they had us safely on the road within 1 hr.!!! (at a very reasonable cost, all while I could see many other satisfied customers picking up their vehicles and thankful for the service).
4) We were so thankful to the competent and great service of the tire center staff!!”

“The front counter had to be closed due to Covid-19. I spoke to a store employee on the phone when I got there. He promptly came out (mask on). I showed him a picture of the part I needed (a photocontol unit). He did not have the same part but he was able to give me a similar part from a different manufacturer that worked perfectly. Closing the front counter had to be a tough decision; but, it was the right decision. It helped keep people safe and I really appreciate that. The knowledgeable employees are always courteous and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for electrical gizmos and whatsits.”
