Overall, I give this place 5 at 5! The coworkers, stuff, and communication, purchase process was amazing.
This place also offers standard needs of taking care of guinea pigs. Updated information and strict rules before selling a pig.
The one missing star is because of where these animals come from. Due to their not being taken care of appropriately before moving in store, they come with a weak health background, and that result you as an owner and your pet to run so many troubles.
My piggies started to show some sign of URI infection after 1 week coming home. I had to take em back to Pet Smart. They went back in store, 1 for 2 weeks and the other one, almond for a month.
When they came back, they were perfectly happy and healthy, and the infection was all clear.
Once again! I really am happy to walk through this pet smart. But for next time, I definitely go for adoption in rescue centers.❤️

The front office staff reached out to let me know when they received the records from my former vet, and were always very professional and friendly. We were welcomed and shown into a room immediately, and our vet tech was wonderful. Our cat is a big old scaredy cat, so we really appreciated how kind and gentle both the vet tech and Dr. Tate were, and that they were even nice enough to wrap our cat in a blanket they misted in calming pheromones. One reason we left our last vet was because they kept trying to sell us on every test and unnecessary thing our cat didn't actually need. So, I was really grateful Dr. Tate did a great exam, told us possible tests (i.e. blood work options) and then let us make our decision without judgement. We're so grateful we found Dr. Tate!

Banfield Pet Hospital

The staff is hard-working, caring, and knowledgeable. The plan that they offer for preventative care is way cheaper than if I was to pay for single visits. I’ve been taking my Eevee there for three years and I will never take her anywhere else.

I started looking for a trainer to help us and found From the Heart at the recommendation of several people from my neighborhood. While my husband was in the hospital, I decided to have intensive training for our Pretzel with Victoria and Mel. WOW! The pictures, daily report cards, training videos, and a final handoff training session allowed us to learn and transition to a new level. We've continued our partnership with Victoria for over a year now and we have the family dog we dreamed of. I get compliments on her training and behavior every single time we go out with her. I'm so happy with the outcome of our investment and highly recommend From the Heart ❤️

We tried:
Mango Lassi and their signature bowl: Yellow Rice, Marinated Chicken, Garlic Dill Pickles, Lemon Herb Sauce, Hummus and Fried Onions.
The food here was better than some resturants I have been to and I judge food trucks harder coming from Texas where good ones are everywhere.
10/10 wouls eat here again.

1707 Crooks Rd, Troythe milk tea didn’t stand out too much, and it was still a bit too artificially sweet-tasting for me even after getting less sugar. the mango green tea tastes delicious; its more mango tasting than green tea, versus places like gongcha where the green tea is stronger. i definitely enjoyed the mango taste, and it left me feeling refreshed rather than thirsty.
the staff were super nice even though i asked the cashier to repeat herself a few times! drink sizes are nice as well, and the tapioca pearls were really soft and chewy. the inside is well-decorated and my drinks were done really fast—only around a minute after i’d ordered.

Zoyo Frozen Yogurt Troy
3067 Rochester Rd, TroyJust went yesterday with my toddler. A lot of the milk flavors are a little underwhelming. They chocolate should be more chcolate-y, the tart yogurt needs be more tart! That said, the raspberry sorbet was divine. Please keep that on the menu! I'm lactose intolerant but my son enjoys the milk based flavors. We will be certainly be back! It's still a good deal for what you get. I used to go to Pinkberry in NYC and it was $13 for one tiny yogurt with a few scant toppings. We got twice that amount for the same price at Zoyo, with tons of toppings.
