The only downside was that I just found out today there is am option, you can return the key after hours by dropping it in the express box.

“Landed around 1AM, got on the shuttle after a very brief wait, and quickly picked up the car that we reserved ordered online. Staff were friendly and efficient. Drop off at 3 AM was speedy and easy too. Shuttle was running frequently, even during nighttime hours. Vehicle was exactly as expected, very clean.
Tip: The AVIS shuttle takes you to the car rental!”
