He sold us a home Wi-Fi box and it was amazing and we got a good deal because we already had a few lines so we got an extra $5 off a month for already having a few lines and if you're ever at this location and Greg is there you ask for Greg use Greg and he's very knowledgeable employee and I wouldn't want anybody else to serve me at this location modern day there was some employees in the past that were really good but right now like I couldn't really distinguish between any employees except for now Greg Greg is probably the best employee I've met there in any any recent time definitely within the last year Greg has been the best employee!!”
“I frequent this location and I just wanted to give special recognition to both of the ladies that have been holding it down ALL BY THEMSELVES for a while now. Pay no mind to the entitled complainer below. Just because someone is working alone don’t mean they don’t deserve a break. Shame on him for not speaking up and instead running to google to write a nasty review for no real reason considering the employer didn’t actually do anything wrong. Please be kind to your customer service workers they work hard to be nice to some of y’all and from the sound of it some of you don’t deserve it!”

“Don't understand all the problems you all are having but we are on a5g plan, unlimited talk, text and whatever, pay $35 a month. I don't know where these people are trying to charge for extra stuff. I use the location on Rawsonville Rd, and if we have a problem, no questions asked. Never been charge any kind of fee to help us out. Need to change your store apparently.”

The Carpenter location is the site I prefer. There are “closer to home” locations for me. None have ever provided the attention that I’ve grown to expect from Verizon.
