“So we booked a Tesla long range model 3. When we arrive they didn't have an available for us They just had a regular one. I asked if they would be able to either give a discount or figure something out at another location because I really needed the long range.Cindy was here and offered to call her manager to see what they could figure out. They ended up getting me into a model yAs a replacement since I intended on using more than an entire charge per day.I just want to give a shout out to them because this exact scenario played out several days ago back in Chicago and that employee screwed us and we had to figure out our own replacement at a different location and it took the better part of a day to do.Thank you guys at this location I really really appreciate you.”

“I had some aggravating bumper scars on my Chevy Volt from a parking-lot hit-and-run. After getting an estimate from a USAA-approved shop I took it in at the appointed dropoff time, only to be told that they weren’t qualified to work on plug-in cars—even though this work was nowhere near any high voltage. They referred me to another shop, which gave me an estimate (after a 3-day wait for an appointment). However, they didn’t seem interested in such a small job (and said they’d need the car for a week), so I passed on that one.After seeing the Apple Valley MN CARSTAR as another approved shop on USAA’s website, I called them. They got me in for an estimate right away ($300 less than the other two), and said they’d need the car for 3-4 days and would call with appointment options (predicted to be in a couple of weeks).The promised call came quickly; they said they had a cancellation and could get me in the next morning (a Tuesday). I brought it in, and they gave me a ride home, so I didn’t need to arrange that.The work was done by that Thursday afternoon, and the bumper looks like new again. (Plus, they returned the car cleaner than when I brought it in, inside and out.) Highly recommended; they’re now my “go-to” shop should I be unfortunate enough to need bodywork again.”

Lucia helping us with a larger vehicle was great as we had grandchildren coming in and needed more space. Also above and beyond, she located my phone I left at her counter and with the help of others , Chris as well, it was returned to me before we left the parking garage! Chris finding a suitable car for us was perfect! Many thanks for their time and patience as we were out of our comfort zone and they made the process so easy!”

“The service was great for the most part. Then they tried to tell me I had used up 2 gallons of gas, but they wrote it off. I traveled 22 miles in a Nissan Altima - at most I used 1 gallon - otherwise the Altima gets worse gas mileage than my truck. I don't like them trying to make it sound like they did this great thing for me when in reality, it wasn't as great as they made it sound.”

“The rental facility is nice other than they need some more organization. Some rental counters overwhelmed I had a reservation, the agency had no clear lane for people with a reservation vs just a walk up a simple sign and lane would speed that up. The worst part is trying to get back to airport after returning car. Wait lines where very long, it took about a half hour to get on shuttle. They should either warn us about that at rental counter or provide more shuttles. That's the longest wait for a return shuttle I have experienced. Once we arrived at airport buses had no clear lane for them to drop off passengers. Traffic was a cluster at terminal, Total time from dropping car off to getting to airport was over 45 minutes. If LasVegas wants people to visit again they need to either limit flights in per day or improve the system. I think casino's would opt for more improvement. Electric train shuttle would get rid of the buses eliminate some bus drivers, improve efficiency and be a little more green for those politician's that want to save us. It could be in a tunnel, musk already did that at convention Center.”

“Had to rent a car when my car was in for repair. I worked with my insurance and they suggested Edina's Enterprise. Was picked up by a nice driver, from the auto repair to go back to Enterprise. From begining to end, everyone there was so very nice to work with in then setting it up to getting it checked in and then driving me back to the auto shop! Perry spent the most time with me helping me understand how I was to drive the one they gave me as it was a newer model with lots of bells and whistles! I had a ton of questions/concerns and he, very patiently, answered them! Bringing it back/check in, and then driving me back to the auto shop, again a seamless experience! This Enterprise should be proud of the team they have to assist in providing their customers the best service possible! You all rocked!”

“The employees here went out of their way to help my boyfriend and I get a reservation in an SUV when there's a shortage of available SUVs, and the Shakopee location didn't have a suitable alternative for our original reservation with them. It took them a few hours, but they worked to find us a last minute option that suited our needs. It wasn't my first time getting a vehicle from this location and it definitely will not be the last”
