“Thank you Amy Bakko from Riverdale Travels for our second successful cruise! Again, we chose Princess for the fall New England/Canada 7 day cruise. I don’t know how Amy did it, but we had amazing weather AND a full moon!
We love planning our cruises with Amy. She pays close attention to every detail and makes sure we go over our itinerary with us to make sure it’s what we want.

“I always rent with Enterprise, and this small branch office gave me another reason why. I was renting a car from the Eau Claire branch after my personal vehicle was totaled in an accident, and they let me return the rental here, and then one of the staff here gave me a ride to the dealership where I had purchased a new vehicle. Then later, I realized that I had left my garage door opener remote in the rental car, and they found it for me! Very friendly and professional staff at this location.”

“This place really helped out. I had reservations with a different company, but I mistaking reserved the wrong dates. When I arrived they had no available rentals for that day. I needed to get to Fargo for an important convention for work. i googled car rentals and found Avis and Budget. It was within walking distance from my hotel. Once I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the Manager Felix. Just like the last place he didn't have anything available until later that evening. After sharing my story on what happened, he told me he has vehicle that just came back, but it hadn't been detailed yet. His detailer wasn't slated to come in for another few hours. He actually went in the back and detailed the vehicle himself so that I could make my work function. I'll never forget what he did to help me out. He earned a customer for life.”

“My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!”

“I used Enterprise, Brooklyn Park location, for a rental car need while my car was getting fixed by a body shop. I hadn't rented a car before and everyone I worked with was very helpful and professional. Even when I wanted to change part of the contract; (pre-payment of gas) they were able to do it with no problem. I would definitely use them again.”
