“Security Bank has been my personal bank as well as the bank for our firm for many years now. I am very pleased with the way they take care of us and we love having a "small town bank" experience as opposed to dealing with large publicly traded banks where you never know who you are going to get on the phone. I love being able to call Kevin and get answers directly. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.”

“I've banked here for many years. Never had an issue. I'm not an employee, but I'm pretty sure they would nod yes to this review.Basically you won't have any problems with any bank if you try to do the following:1) Manage your money. I'm very middle class, not rich. But I have no issues saving and managing my expenses so I'm not living hand-to-mouth. Please don't freak out and leave a 1-star review when the bank hasn't deposited the funds 10 seconds after you deposit a check. That's more of a reflection on you, not the bank.2) Stop asking the bank to do things for you when you don't bother to have an account there. A bank is not a public service for everyone, it's a private business.3) A bank is not a fast food drive through. Don't be upset when you can't get through in 2 minutes. If you want to get upset at someone, then focus on the real problem: people who want to go through the drive through to apply for a mortgage, argue for 10 minutes about the balance on their account, etc.These three things account for 90% of the poor reviews here. I'm sure there are countless others like me who have never had an issue with Old National Chaska downtown location.”
