“I just like going to here as a guy because they have many things I like looking at and for. This last time I was out I actually ended up buying plants with my wife. I didn't even realize they had such a variety that we were able to pick up most of everything we needed. Sometimes I just find stuff I didn't even know they have until I see it.”

“Really good prices on clothes and shoes- not just sports wear. Lots of different kinds of sports equipment. Lots of kids items. Selection of personal care products and foods that aren't full of ingredients that make you wonder if they cause cancer. Great clearance. Good pet supply area.”
“I LOVE Von Maur!! It is incredibly clean, organized, and with very pleasant employees. It is more expensive than other stores but so worth it. There is even a live person playing a grand piano. I always check their clearance racks and often find good deals. Even the bathrooms are amazing!”
“Overall the work completed was good but I would have hoped the technician would have tested the replacement parts to ensure installation was correct and the washing machine was working as expected without any leaks or drips.”

“Friendly staff encounter. Store was stocked a little more than usual but definitely still too much store space making it feel empty. Try taking out some larger tables to make this footprint make sense for the volume it’s likely producing. Store was neat and organized, check out was quick.”

“Kohl's in Lino Lakes is above & beyond the BEST Kohl's in Minnesota. I shop here often & have for many years, however today exemplified why I do. After placing an oline order, getting a run around by another location (nearer my mom's), hung up on by Kohl's claims department, and sent away by a UPS delivery store regarding two missing pieces of my online order, the manager on duty (Laurie) at my Kohl's made it right (along with cashier, who called her over to help us). I was so grateful for their excellent customer service and empathy, and I personally felt their commitment to their customers. This is the kind of customer experience that makes you come back.”
“Love my Target! Curbside is generally less than 2 hours, the wait once you get there is great especially in comparison to Walmart. You can add a Starbucks drink to your order.”
“Just wish the store associates doing the shopping for the online/mobile orders, would move their carts out of the center of the aisle so other shoppers could freely move about the store without having to dodge carts center aisle. Pick a side, left or right, I promise, it's not that hard!!”

“Always have found a great assortment of items. Well organized and clean. I noticed that a different Dollar tree I visited last week was nothing compared to the store by Northtown. The other store was not well organized and didn’t have such a great assortment of items. That other store is located in a city that is more known for all its shopping stores.”

“The item availability isn’t always updated on the Walmart app. There are many times where I used the app to locate an item but by the time I get to the aisle, the item is not there either due to it being out of stock or the app has the wrong location. I’ve spent 10 minutes tracking down various items sometimes. The parking situation is also horrible. Front half of lot is reserved for pickups so have to park at the back.”

“Lots of everything! I did all of my Christmas shopping here today and I just went in thinking I was going to get a couple of gifts perhaps, but I just kept coming across excellent deals and the prices are, should I say a real deal almost a steal. Well I won’t go that far. But I was amazed at the prices on big name designer clothing and bedding, and kitchen essentials. The ladies department is sprawling, ii had to go through it to get to the dressing room and I couldn’t believe all of the accessories and shoes and I look over to my left and toys upon toys and games galore. I don’t have to tell you this is a 5 star place but I gave it 4 stars be cause I purchased a padded storage bench it was about 5 ft long and when I checked out the lady wheeled the cart up front and put all of my bags of stuff inside the bench for easy transport. She told me to go ahead and drive up to the front door so I did. Went in and got the cart with the bench and wheeled it to my Honda pilot as the security guard stood watching me struggle to lift that into the back of my car. Not helpful. I took the cart back in and saw the sales lady and she said good bye and thank you and I said okay was that everything she said yes but it wasn’t I found out when I got home. However the merchandise and prices over power my frustration with them. I’m going back tomorrow with my receipt and get the other things that were overlooked. Oh and by the way did I mention they’re open til midnight!”

I bought around $600 worth of merchandise and he went the extra mile from the start.
Great at multi tasking. He helped me and communicated with every customer as they walked up or by.
Phenomenal communication. He explained every discount and why they were being applied. He was very careful and considerate when it came to bagging my purchase.
He also related to me about the Toy Story doll I bought my son. We joked about a movie called “small soldiers” we both had watched as kids. A very genuine and memorable interaction you usually don’t get in the “real world.”
To top it all off I left my receipt on the counter and John ran it to me before I could get to my car.
All in all I couldn’t have been more pleased. There’s not much difference from store to store so it’s the people like John who truly make these trips stand out.”
