“Kohl's Amazon return area is amazing! If you love shopping on Amazon but hate returns through regular mailing, Kohl's makes it easy. Bring your phone and they scan the QR code for the Amazon return. Don't need the original package or anything. I've returned stuff in zip lock bags and they take it. Super convenient and easy and normally get the refund confirmation same day. Also you get 25% off at the Kohl's store each time for Amazon returns so it really is great.”
“I just learned this place has a nursing room in the women's lounge area and it's such a game changer! It's the nicest and cleanest nursing room I've ever experienced which makes my job as a nursing mother feel so valued. This room had plenty of space for the stroller, a sink with a hook to hang the diaper bag right next to a changing table and a comfortable rocking chair for nursing. I also had a wonderful experience with the friendly and personable staff while helping my mom shop for a dress. And with a cleaning lady in the women's lounge area. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with the store and all of the helpful employees!”

I always feel intimidated when it comes to my makeup and skin care routine but she was super approachable and answered all my questions without judgement. She also let me try some samples so that I could know if some products were a good fit for me! For sure will be coming back here!”

“Kohl’s technical team has NOT been able to resolve my problem receiving their emails regarding my orders, kohls cash and tracking. They suggested I get a new email after I talked with 3 associates.However the Lino lakes store itself had all the information and were able to check me out using my kohls cash, birthday cash and 30% off sale. I was very pleased when my two bags of gifts were less than $20. My cashier lady behind the return counter, who called me over to speed up the checkout line was really helpful and listened to all my concerns.”

“The easiest way to shop. I used to think I needed to visually and physically touch items but the Target employees may just do it even better! I order from home or when I am about to leave work, by the time I get to my local Target my order is ready. They load it in and I'm on my way. Fastest, easiest and my shopping is done.”
“Theresa is my hair stylist and she is so good to me! I love to put my hair up and she fixes my hair if and when I want it up or down! She is always smiling and greets everyone as we walk to get my hair washed! She has been my hair stylist since I got married to Neil 6 years ago. My daughter introduced her to me and I follow her wherever she is working because she knows how to fix my hair the way I like it! On the 28th of October she did my hair for my 80th birthday celebration and husband loved it! Thank u for having a wonderful person working in your salon!”

“Standard location. Not a huge variety or selection of men's options. Stood in line for about 5-7 minutes, as two registers were open. Did find some nice deals on pants though, including a pair of golf pants for $12 marked down from $80”

“Many companies appear to have little or no interest in being customer/user-friendly. Not the case with Bret. The man is professional, easy to communicate with, punctual, and extremely competent. Bret is a credit to your organization. The pick of the litter, off the top shelf, the laurel wreath, the blue ribbon, the bingo. As you can see, he made a helluva impression on me, and I ain't that easy to please. Thanks for sending him.”
“Very few employees around. Mostly neat and organized store. I asked if there was a petites section and was told each area has short sizes and my best luck would be to shop online. No long lines and no one to bother you while you shop. Crazy low prices on brand name products!”
“I've shopped at Target since there was 1 Target store. Some good some not over the many years. This shopping trip was outstanding. Helpful employees at every department we looked at for gifts for our granddaughter. It's not the closest store to us, but if I'm NE and need something at Target that's where I will go.”
“My favorite target. I like to do my grocery shopping on Sundays. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Cheryl normally works self checkout and she has helped me numerous times save money by making sure I've got all my goodies scanned for whatever cartwheel deals there are!Thank you for caring about your employees, so they in turn care about the customers.”

“Organize really well. One of the workers knew how to answer when my Dad and I asked some questions about how to connect my Switch Lite to my TV, but easy answer was "no" to connecting to TV. Lady worker was very nice and knew who I was because I came to this place a few times with my Dad! :)”
“The store seems to be better than all the others because it has a lot of clothes and shoes. Parking is huge and you can see some small trees here and there if you want to park your car in the shade. it was decently staffed and there were no lines. Good prices and good deals I ended up buying seven pieces. The place was neat and it was easily accessible. Many businesses in the area and around the store so if you're coming with the family they can go visit other stores but have coffee across the parking lot plenty of options. I have to say I enjoyed visiting this large store. I am considering joining the reward program for the future.”
“This is one of the best locations. Shelves are always fully stocked. The store is clean and organized. Lines aren’t freakishly long. Usually has adequate amount of cashiers. Was surprised they closed at 6pm rather than 10pm the evening I was there. Cashier said it was because someone had called off so I suppose they need to hire more people or people who like their job enough not to cause such a thing. I imagine that’s a decent loss for the store. Anyway my cashier, I don’t remember his name I wish I did, was SO nice and friendly. We had a ton of stuff so we had a few minutes to chat and he was just super pleasant and friendly.”

“Great customer service! I found all the employees to be very kind and helpful. Check out was easy. There's a nice variety of clothing options and sizes. The only negative I would say is that after lots of people have gone through, there are sometimes articles of clothing on the floor or thrown over the rack. Overall it's a great place to shop. I highly recommend it!”
