“Southeast MN WIFI laid fiber for our home and business at four different locations. Service was great, very responsive, and it was a smooth transition from our previous company. When we needed additional assistance with the transfer they responded quickly to make the successful transfer.”
“10+ years ago, I didn't like coming to this location due to the employees not being welcoming, friendly, and they were snotty when a question was asked and that was the last time there but this time my daughter wanted to go there and The employees this time were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. New workers. This location had good amount of phone, Ipad/tablet, and etc to choose from. Highly recommend this location.”

Jason was great, as well. The whole team seems like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and are great at what they do, which makes the customer service top notch. “No exaggeration, I've had catastrophic issues with changing phone & internet plans...Lily Maydole was completely amazing this Feb 2026 & helped this recent process by being clear, kind, knowledgeable & communicative. I'm so grateful for her diligence & availability, twice, when I had issues with T-mobile -- other staff at Midway & Highland had been immediately transferring me, without asking a single question, but Lily knew the things to ask & to do. I'm so grateful for the integrity she brought to this whole process. T-mobile should have her training their current staff so that this can be the consistent standard. -- this is from before Lily was transferred to Woodbury, but I wanted to ensure her managers see it. :)”
