We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers. <3

The four vetco employees I encountered were great——my pup was a bit scared and they were very gentle with her. And the cashier who checked me out after the appt, was delightful. Pavlina was as sweet as she could be and finished my already pleasant experience on a great note. I encountered one other employee on my way up to the checkouts and he was also very friendly and made me feel very welcome as I walked by him. Thank you for the great experience.

The space is new, bright and clean; the staff is unfailingly friendly and professional; and we and our dog all adore Dr. Hanson. We are always treated promptly, and the techs and Dr Hanson work quickly and thoroughly, all the while doting lovingly on our dog, who literally runs from the car into their building every time we arrive. She loves going to the vet—what more could you ask for?? They are patient with me while I ask all of my first-time-pet-parent questions, and we never feel rushed. A new vet is opening up blocks from our house, but we’ll never leave Dr. Hanson and Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital!

9923 Valley View Rd, Eden PrairieHad a technical issue with my Dog’s Invisible fence collar not picking up signal. New collar receiver received didn’t solve problem. Steve B of IF came for service call. Problem found to be improperly programmed new collar receiver. Steve B was very courteous and extremly knowledgeable. Steve was able to waive the service call charge, as I had already purchased the new receiver. Steve went abov and beyond with customer service and recovery. I was amazed and very appreciative of waving the fee. We are a long time customer of Invisible fence, and believe in the product for our dog. I highly recommend Invisible Fence for any pet needs.
