Animal Intuition
6585 Edenvale Blvd #130, Eden PrairieMy senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers. <3

8020 Glen Ln, Eden PrairieSince the addition of online appointments, my time spent at VETCO for a visit for vaccinations for my lab, have not improved. The most recent visit was unnecessarily prolonged because in my instance 2 parties were booked at the same time, 3:15 with only one vet and one tech. The other party had two dogs and the triage techs did not actively manage the situation but rather passively just stood there, which resulted in me waiting another 30 minutes to be seen. I was instructed to arrive 10 min. before the appt. time to avoid overcrowding, but there were two parties in line that had appointments after me-I pointed out that it bastardizes the online appointment process to allow parties to be seen earlier simply because they arrived too early just as it would if parties that arrived late for their appt. to be seen right away and butt in line ahead of someone who arrived on time. I have pointed out to VETCO that they need to more actively manage their online appointment making and only allow one animal per appointment. If a party has more than one animal to be seen they should make two appointment times back-to-back. Other than their difficulty with appointment/arrival issues, the vet and the tech were excellent, however the triage tech offered me a testing package WITH a Lyme's test but did NOT offer me a package of vaccinations that INCLUDED a Lyme's vaccine. I think this practice is backwards, where if an animal is given a Lyme's vaccine in the previous year, there is no need to test for Lyme's unless the dog is symptomatic and a customer's money may be better spent on an updated Lyme's vaccine. I hope when I return next year for vaccinations, VETCO has improved the appointment/arrival time process to ensure fairness and minimize prolonged wait times that the current system seems to allow due to disorganized scheduling and triage passivity/inexperience. Other than these shortcomings, I think VETCO is a great place for vaccinations for your pet for an economical price and veterinary expertise.

I hopped into PetSmart to get a gift for a client and Mackenzie helped me register for their rewards program which saved me a ton of money and also pointed out a huge discount that if I bought one more bag I would get another one free of freeze dried chicken.. overall I came in to get just one thing but I left with quite a few things thanks to Mackenzie and it wasn’t even that much money. She was super helpful and is an awesome employee!

She loves to go and gets super excited walking in and getting greeted by the staff. They are very attentive to her, listen to our needs and keep us informed on her visits. Shout out to the groomer as well; she never looks better than when she comes home! We don't have to worry while we are gone when she is being cared for at Hound Dog!

14530 Martin Dr #110, Eden PrairieI have been taking my pets to Anderson Lakes Pet Hospital for many years. All the doctors I’ve worked with are amazing, although if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Dr. Hanson!
The clinic is always spotless, warm, and welcoming. The team is compassionate and truly cares about the wellbeing of your pets. They take the time to understand both you and your animals, and what I appreciate most is that they listen. They talk things through with you and don’t jump straight to expensive tests like X-rays or unnecessary procedures.
I also want to mention something very personal. When I had to put my little poodle down, I was devastated. As I searched for the perfect new puppy, I would send every potential one to Dr. Zieman. She always took the time to review the information and honestly tell me whether she recommended that puppy or not — and explain why. It took several tries, but eventually she said, “Yes, I would recommend this one.” That puppy is now 7 years old, and I absolutely adore her.
They’re also wonderful about answering emails immediately, which has saved me many trips to the vet — and of course, unnecessary vet bills.
I highly recommend Anderson Lakes Pet Hospital. This is coming from a crazy animal lover with three cats and a dog, all under the amazing care of their team!

When my kitty hurt her knee, the yearly plan actually saved me money, and I was also able to get her teeth cleaned later on. The staff is always kind and even calls to check in after visits, which I really appreciate.
The highlight of the Eden Prairie location is Dr. Woelfle. She is one of the sweetest and most caring veterinarians I’ve worked with and takes the time to clearly explain everything to pet owners. I’m moving out of state and will truly miss having her as my vet.

They are worth the vist themselves. Actually they looked so good I got excited and forgot to get a pic but trust me come try them out asap. Everything else we had was great too. We really loved all the options and appetizers that were avaliable. I also liked that they offered fried rice as well as white rice most places don't. All the way around this place is great we will be back.
