Animal Intuition
6585 Edenvale Blvd #130, Eden PrairieMy senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers. <3

Petco
8020 Glen Ln, Eden PrairieSince the addition of online appointments, my time spent at VETCO for a visit for vaccinations for my lab, have not improved. The most recent visit was unnecessarily prolonged because in my instance 2 parties were booked at the same time, 3:15 with only one vet and one tech. The other party had two dogs and the triage techs did not actively manage the situation but rather passively just stood there, which resulted in me waiting another 30 minutes to be seen. I was instructed to arrive 10 min. before the appt. time to avoid overcrowding, but there were two parties in line that had appointments after me-I pointed out that it bastardizes the online appointment process to allow parties to be seen earlier simply because they arrived too early just as it would if parties that arrived late for their appt. to be seen right away and butt in line ahead of someone who arrived on time. I have pointed out to VETCO that they need to more actively manage their online appointment making and only allow one animal per appointment. If a party has more than one animal to be seen they should make two appointment times back-to-back. Other than their difficulty with appointment/arrival issues, the vet and the tech were excellent, however the triage tech offered me a testing package WITH a Lyme's test but did NOT offer me a package of vaccinations that INCLUDED a Lyme's vaccine. I think this practice is backwards, where if an animal is given a Lyme's vaccine in the previous year, there is no need to test for Lyme's unless the dog is symptomatic and a customer's money may be better spent on an updated Lyme's vaccine. I hope when I return next year for vaccinations, VETCO has improved the appointment/arrival time process to ensure fairness and minimize prolonged wait times that the current system seems to allow due to disorganized scheduling and triage passivity/inexperience. Other than these shortcomings, I think VETCO is a great place for vaccinations for your pet for an economical price and veterinary expertise.

Mutty Paws Grooming
6473 Brackett Road, Eden PrairieWe absolutely love Mutty Paws Grooming!
We have an English Doodle, which basically means she’s 50% dog and 50% mop. Every time we drop Maya off at Mutty Paws, she comes home looking like she just stepped off the cover of Dogue magazine. It’s honestly hard to believe it’s the same dog.
The team at Mutty Paws does an incredible job. Maya always looks amazing, smells great, and is clearly well cared for. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely loves the dogs they work with.
We get compliments on Maya all the time after her appointments, and the credit goes to Mutty Paws. Highly recommend them to anyone whose dog is in desperate need of a glow-up!

Anderson Lakes Animal Hospital
14530 Martin Drive Suite 110, Eden PrairieDue to the USAF I have had to move around a lot and have had many different vet clinics over the years. This one is my favorite. It is clean, fresh smelling, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Appointments are always on time and the way they schedule it you are never dealing with lots of other animals in the waiting room. You walk in and you go straight into your own room. Staff is very friendly and the Vet Techs and Doctors are knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough.

Banfield Pet Hospital
11200 Prairie Lakes Drive, Eden PrairieI was initially skeptical about Banfield’s payment plan, but it ended up working out really well for me. When my kitty hurt her knee, the yearly plan actually saved me money, and I was also able to get her teeth cleaned later on. The staff is always kind and even calls to check in after visits, which I really appreciate.
The highlight of the Eden Prairie location is Dr. Woelfle. She is one of the sweetest and most caring veterinarians I’ve worked with and takes the time to clearly explain everything to pet owners. I’m moving out of state and will truly miss having her as my vet.

Kingdale Kennels
6574 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden PrairieWe have been taking our anxious Chihuahua mix Roger to this kennel for over five years when we are out of town. They have taken exceptional care of Roger. The owner is wonderfully hilarious and the staff are just as delightful. They make the experience very personalized and get to know your dog and his quirks. We moved and still drive over 30 minutes just to board him at Kingdale kennels.

Go Anywhere Dog
14500 Martin Drive Ste 1500, Eden PrairieWe completed puppy classes and Life Skills 101 with our high energy poodle mix puppy. The classes were great for Lilly! The socialization with other puppies, adults, and kids were great for her too. We loved that the puppies had off-leash time to play. You won't find that anywhere else. It's so good for them to interact. Lilly surprised us and learned so much!! Skills that we will use forever! Jody and Ashley are amazing!!!

pupDOGS Training, LLC
7071 Shady Oak Road, Eden PrairieWe had such a wonderful experience with pupDOGS Training! Our puppy Lemon took puppy class here, and we couldn’t be happier with everything she learned. Susan and her husband were so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, and made each class feel fun and encouraging.
We learned so much as new puppy owners, and we’ve already seen a huge difference in Lemon’s confidence, exposure to the world around her, and overall training. We especially appreciated how practical everything was and how much guidance we got beyond just the basics.
We would absolutely recommend pupDOGS Training to anyone with a new puppy! We’re so thankful for all the help with Lemon and feel much more confident continuing her training and exposure at home.

Niko Niko Boba
8251 Flying Cloud Drive Suite 1226, Eden PrairieRachel and Vianna are 2 of my absolute favorite people at Niko. Vianna is so so amazing at her job, she needs to be running this place. When I'm indecisive, both Rachel and Vianna helps me decide. Then sometimes a walk out of there with multiple drinks. Everyone there knows just how i like my drinks and what my favs are. To be honest, The ppl here are the reasons i show up so much.
I wish you guys had a store in Shakopee, Chaska, and Burnsville. I come from Jordan just about everyday just for the tea and to say hi to Jon and the wonderful ladies in this store.
