They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”

“This place is a great place to go to to get baby clothes or infant clothes or toddler clothes and also they will take clothes that your babies do not wear anymore and they will give you cash for it but I do recommend if you bring your baby clothing make sure there is no stains or anything on it because they will not take it and they love name brand clothes but they got to match the brand name so they look at all that type of stuff so go check it out and have a great day everyone”

“I had been pouring countless hours searching for the perfect stroller, unaware that Baby Grand existed! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! That’s a great service! I’ve already sent multiple texts to friends about how great their store is and I think moms-to-be need to check it out! Low sales pressure matched with exceptional service! “I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional.We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great.”

“This is a great boutique. I purchased all my children’s summer clothes here. The Owner set up a private shopping experience due to COVID19 precautions. She was super helpful by pulling things in advance in my children’s sizes and didn’t hover while I shopped. Sales are pretty infrequent here. I was told they unfortunately do not offer a Military Discount but was grateful she told me of the current sale of 20% off in store purchases with a gift card purchase. I did that over the phone. When I shopped I used the prepaid gift card amount and those items were discounted by 20%. I appreciated the heads up on the sale. I did not have my children with and I DID need to make a second trip to exchange for different sizes or items completely several days later. On this second trip Grandma pushed the baby while my toddler road his scooter in the area. After I had pulled all the correct sizes and new items my children popped in briefly to try on items I wanted to check for fit. The owner was kind and sweet with both of my children. It was a large haul and the Owner made the adjustments sweetly and smoothly. Do know this is a boutique. They have to stick strictly with their return/exchange policy. So plan on abiding by it. This is true of every boutique/small local businesses I’ve shopped at. This boutique has a good selection of organic clothing. Unfortunately, a limited selection of fair trade clothing. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of my children’s clothes from here and I would go back if in the area again to support this cute well run boutique. Thank you for making my summer children’s clothes haul pleasant, efficient, and seamless!”

Plenty of vintage yet trendy pieces here.The men’s section is pretty tiny compared to the women’s, but I was still able to find some pretty good stuff. The first floor already feels big, but then there’s still another whole floor including a room full of shoes.I definitely recommend this place.”

“Beautiful store and, wow, what a selection of the latest baby items, especially for newborns and new mommies! Maegge and Kavi were incredibly helpful in the Edina store. The store is a must for buying special gifts to celebrate the new baby; the gift wrapping is gorgeous, and, again, you will find something that no one else carries, especially onesies and sweet baby stuffies, toys and books. While the store seems like an elegant boutique, Pacifier, a woman-owned local business with four locations, carries a lot of inventory and they are serious about their merchandise. Maegge and Kavi went out of the their way to find a product for me, and ultimately found it in another store. I look forward to shopping at Pacifier again and again. Very special place.”
