“I first walked into the IDC during the height of the pandemic and said I needed to furnish a newly purchased townhome, that I knew what I wanted but that I intensely dislike shopping. During the following months Dawn and Denise could not have been more helpful. They not only heard what I was saying, they listened. My time was never wasted and I was never pressured but was shown items in keeping with what I had said I needed and wanted. I do not live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area so considerable communication took place by phone and email with Dawn always keeping Denise current as related to items under consideration and decisions made while Denise did the same with Dawn. Not once was there even the slightest miscommunication. When we learned due to the pandemic the factory in Finland had stopped making dining tables and chairs Denise contacted someone at the factory to ask if they could please make the one table and 4 chairs I wanted from stock on hand AND THEY DID!!! I was grateful beyond words to think she had done this and that those at the factory had agreed. Three times Kevin and Rick delivered items to my home and each time I was impressed by their work habits. Kevin is extremely skilled/talented and a strong leader and I appreciated how he appropriately mentored Rick relating to why things were being done as they were. Every piece was placed exactly where I wanted and I know had I not been happy they'd have moved them. Whether ordered from Finland or Norway or bought off the floor, I could not be more pleased with the quality of the many pieces from the IDC and as important, could not be happier with the experience I had working with Dawn, Denise, Kevin and Rick. They were exceptional.”

“I stopped by for the first time today. I was looking for a few pieces of furniture. This was the 4th furniture store I stopped at today.The furniture is well made, you can feel the quality and difference compared to the other stores. The style of it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The furniture was mostly really comfortable. The knowledge of the staff is unmatched, they’ll go out of their way to help you.My only complaint is the price for the furniture. But I don’t think it’s overpriced, all their stuff seems to be made really well. You get what you pay for and this is definitely not cheap pressed wood like many other stores have.”

“If you go to Calico Corners in Edina, ask for Ann! I had forgotten what a fabulous store that was and the immense amount of product that they have! If you can't find it there, you can't find it. I was able to find a high performance quality velvet which was not available anywhere but there! Remember, you get what you pay for!”

“Bullseye! Come to Target, get nice things. I love how the video games are cheaper than GameStop, or Best Buy. Paying $50 there vs paying $75 at GameStop or Best Buy? Hm. The actual Target Circle has unfortunately been disappointing, however, I will always come back for the newer more reasonably priced games.
The staff is polite, Starbucks is good. Honestly, my biggest complaint is Target Circle. I miss getting money off. Oh well.
The men's pants are great for a variety of shapes and sizes. Unfortunately the women's jeans seem to be built for giants around 6 ft tall. It's too bad, because I think that they have a lot of cute styles.
I like the inexpensive decor. I got a cute gingerbread plushie for $1.25, and a bird plush for $5. Worth it! I also like their elevated home decor overall.
That's mostly what I shop for. I will be back.
