The location cannot be beat, their apartment is in great condition, the amenities are good and management was quick to reply to me when I had a suggestion several months ago. This last round of re-signing went smoothly, with Maddi helping facilitate some updating of info - so pleasant and prompt to work with!”
“Moved in summer 2023. Overall, it's been a good experience with efficient response time from the management team about apartment maintenance. Location is unbeatable. As someone who doesn't own a car, staying at this apartment has enabled me to visit all the major hubs (Grand, Highland, North Loop, Nicollet, West 7th, Selby) with fewer than 2 train/bus transfers. My one gripe is the sanitary wipes in the gym. I used the fitness center at least 3x a week, and more than half the time, there would be no sanitary wipes to clean equipment after I was finished.”
“My experience in working with the staff at Marquee Apartments has been exceptional. The staff are continually welcoming and warm, and the Property Manager, Tom, has proven himself to be dedicated to his residents and providing a wonderful complex to live in.”
“I lived at the Murals for a year and a half; the team that works here is phenomenally on top of things. My favorite part is the HUGE windows, and having a unit that faces Garfield is quieter with less foot traffic in the hallways.”
“Just got home from a really run happy hour with our new furry friend neighbors at Odin. Great job Maddie and Noah! You are great event planners! We are so thankful to have found a property that is well cared for. And, the best part--we have great neighbors ? We are just beginning our 3rd month here at Odin. The management team knows what they are doing and their work is supported with the necessary funding. How refreshing! We have deep experience with apt living focused on enjoying the best Minneapolis has to offer. Odin is earning high marks from me.”

- The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time)
- The staff and people living here are very friendly
- Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot
- The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks! It's also only a 6-10 minute drive to the Maple Grove area where there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, REI, Homegoods, etc
First off I just wanted to say that Tyler Heid made the whole process so easy for me to sign with Ironwood Apartments. At the time I lived 40 minutes away and needed to find an apartment around this area fast, so you can imagine how hard it was to find an apartment when you live far + working around the clock + needing all your questions answered on the same day to make a final decision. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler when touring. Tyler was very prompt & on-time - something I value and appreciate most. He answered all my questions from the beginning to the end of me signing my lease. Tyler did such an awesome job overall that when I toured other apartments nearby, I was left with only wanting to sign a lease with Ironwood Apartments. I can truly say I didn't get the same quality of service as I did when I toured with other apartment complexes. The experience I had with Tyler spoke volumes to me and it was a no brainer to sign with Ironwood Apartments!”
“HQ is a modern, warm option for housing. There’s a sense of community thanks to the welcoming common areas (including a library!) and regular events to bring people together. The signature scent of the property is a nice touch!”

“I normally do not leave reviews at all, but I wanted to share my experiences so far living here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Brittney is amazing and is always so welcoming and helpful along with everyone else in the office (I happen to speak to Brittney the most). Any issues I have had in the past gets resolved within the same day. Our AC was leaking last year and we notified the office and got a brand new one within the same day! They are always on top of everything! Always so welcoming, sweet, and communicative. This place is a great, small community to reside in.”

“I like Silver lake apartment specifically building 2316. The carpet in the hallway is always clean and smell good. The people in the office are very approachable and friendly. I hope they can add more washing machine and Dryer. So I don’t have to wait 2 hrs to my clothes in the dryer.Laundry room is my only issue.”
“This building is truly a unique gem in Minneapolis! I absolutely love the staff and the character.
I also love the fact that Loring Park is within walking distance.

“I very much enjoyed living here. You’ll hear different stories from all the residents, but by far the funniest one I’ve read about is how “dangerous” it is. It’s not dangerous, it’s living in a major metropolitan area close to downtown. Yes, shady stuff does happen outside sometimes. But have I ever felt unsafe living here? Absolutely not! The building is very secure, both the entryway and the garage. The apartments are wonderful on the inside. I particularly love the fact that I had in unit laundry as well as fridge with an external ice-maker/water dispenser. The walls are super thick. I never heard my neighbors, unless I went out in the hall and they never heard me. There was plenty a night I was blaring music and never got a complaint. Common areas were nice, I liked how Angelica regularly hosted resident get togethers to foster a sense of community. Only downside is there is no fitness center. However, they do subsidize your LA fitness membership across the street. I was within close proximity to anything I could ever want, and the lake is just a couple minutes stroll away. The Green Way is super close. Multiple restaurants, bars, you name it, It was very much within walking distance. The prices are amazing for what you get. Angelica is hands-down the best leasing agent I have ever met in an apartment. She’s super approachable, very friendly, quick to answer any questions. She gets things done. When the manager left, I was very surprised they never made her manager because she literally ran that place so well.”
“How'd I'd like to write a bad review so the apartment I want doesn't get rented out....BUT there is absolutely nothing bad I could write about this place! Lexington Lofts are literally every apartment on steroids. They have a pool, laundry IN UNITS, a HUGE gaming room, a HUGE lounging area that is completely free and you don't have to rent it out!! Oh and don't let me forget about the movie theater that you can use FOR FREE and stream all your favorite things. Their move-in specials are to die for! Hope they are still around next year! Thanks to Nadiyah for showing my family and I around yesterday! I hope to see you soon with a moving truck! **You'll be invited to our move in party haha. You are absolutely wonderful and really appreciate how professional you are.”

“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”

I hardly leave reviews but I should commend on the meticulous effort and attentiveness by one of the employees Johnathon, as he has always been on the go in answering my questions and making sure my concerns are addressed. “I have been living here for the past 4 years, and it's been great. Very quiet, great quality apartments with a nice modern look, and all the neighbors I've actually encountered and spoke to are extremely nice.
The landlords/leasing management have all been extremely professional. If you need anything fixed, just make a simple phone call and someone will be there within a day/week depending on what it is. They even have an emergency maintenance line that will get you in contact with someone when you need it. They are also non-intrusive and value your privacy, as whenever something needs to be checked in the room (for general fire safety/maintenance related activity, which barely ever happens) they let you know with plenty of time in advance.
I can't say I've smelled any smoke in the hallways or anything like that, maybe after a tenant just got done with their smoke break outside, but I wouldn't consider that atypical of anywhere else and this has otherwise been a great and safe place to live for the past 4 years.
The amenities are wonderful, with a big park outside to walk your smaller pets, patio with a grill, covered and HEATED parking, a shuffleboard table, flex/conference rooms as well as a big event room for gatherings, and an indoor gym. All utilities are covered other than electricity which you just pay through xcel (and internet/cable of course).
Overall, it's been a great place to live, and although I plan on purchasing my own home when the market becomes a bit more favorable, I would consider it a great time spent as I move on with the next chapter of life.”
“I personally lived at the Knoll Dinkytown in the past for Undergrad for 2 years and now live in the Bridges while I complete my masters. Love the location, how spacious my bedroom/common area is in my unit, and how big my bedroom is! Recently been using the gym equipment as well and very much so enjoy this to have so easily accessible.”
“Used to live there almost all of my life. So many good memories. The past 10 years have been pretty decent but not much activity. Very competitive prices for first time renters so don’t sleep on that.”
