“Recently dropped my phone down a a hole while ice fishing. I wasn’t able to log into my iCloud to retrieve my backups or data because the phone number associated with the account was on the bottom of a lake. It took a few visits but nonetheless they helped me get another phone activated so I was able to log into apple and retrieve everything. Great service at this store and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and dealt with multiple staff and each time everything went well and I got all the info I needed and more when they weren’t able to settle an issue on that particular visit.”

“10+ years ago, I didn't like coming to this location due to the employees not being welcoming, friendly, and they were snotty when a question was asked and that was the last time there but this time my daughter wanted to go there and The employees this time were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. New workers. This location had good amount of phone, Ipad/tablet, and etc to choose from. Highly recommend this location.”

Jason was great, as well. The whole team seems like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and are great at what they do, which makes the customer service top notch. “I have been with another service for some time with dissatisfaction. I went to T-Mobile based on an associates advice and I ended up very pleased. First off we were attended to upon arrival and assigned a sales-person, Michael. This gent was very patient and thorough and made the process so comfortable? I ended up with an amazing 3-line plan, only slightly more than I was paying, 02 brand new iPhone 17’s free, and a great overall experience! I am hopeful my T-Mobile experience continues to be above-average. Michael at this T-Mobile location is ‘the man’!”

“JT was the best. My mother had her phone stolen and she did not have any back up information. She is in her 80's and isn't technically advanced. JT took the time to help her switch her account to T-Mobile from consumer cellular. He got her a new phone and set everything for her including WiFi. I trust JT and won't see anyone else.”

“I stopped in today to find out why my google photos weren't syncing to my Chromebook? Also why the voice mail wouldn't let me call it? Lana had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes!! Also added the visual voicemail icon to my screen. Updated some settings so the photos will always sync and not only when it's searched for a wifi signal. I appreciated her extremely swift service and kind attitude. Thanks Lana I much appreciated the fixes and describing the steps you took to make the changes... should I have a future issue!!”

“I had a 5:15 appointment yesterday and I came in contact with Shamur, I asked him a question hey you guys have any phone specials he said yes and he introduced me to $400 off for phone we picked a phone you set me up with a plan then he asked me if I wanted to watch $300 off and because I had the Xfinity internet I'm just saying I was really impressed on his sales skills he wasn't even trying to sell me he was just giving me deals and perks that I was not even aware of being an Xfinity customer I just want to say thank you thank you . One thing he did say when I asked about all the deals and what I can get he did tell me Rob you going to leave like a new man and I did I walked out with a new phone I walked out with a new watch and a great value. Keep up the good work Thank you for taking care of me I will highly recommend Xfinity Highland Park”
