“These folks are awesome to work with. I was able to get my truck in to be looked at in a very timely fashion (I would have been able to get it in faster if I wasn't out of town!) and being able to arrange for a loaner vehicle was incredible. Even better than this though, they were thorough - found the issue and provided me with recommendations of services I'll need before we hit winter - and the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting. Overall, I cannot recommend the North Country Tire & Service team enough!”

I brought it to Murphy's and they let me have a loaner car the night before the appointment and had it fixed in a couple hours the next day for a great price. No problems ever since. I truly trust what they do and charge... and it's very hard for me to trust anyone else.”

He was honest and fair about what I needed to fix now versus in the future. I brought my car in in the morning and it was done by early afternoon. Great experience, highly recommend.”

“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”

“Lowell’s feels like an extension of my family. I can trust them like nobody else. I know they will shoot me straight and give me options when available, and they won’t let me drive away in a dangerous vehicle (but they will let me make less consequential bad decisions lol). “Lloyd's is one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. They are professional, courteous and they do what they say the are going to, when they say they'll do it and for the price they quoted. We are a one car family, so it's important that we have the work completed on time!
Lloyd's is probably not the cheapest place in town. However, they use high quality parts and everyone -- including the front desk folks -- knows their stuff. They go the extra mile. For example, I had 2 brake lights go out within a day. I stopped in to see if they could help. They suggested it was probably the sockets rather than the bulbs. They got me an appointment for the next morning, but, since I was driving without brake lights, Jim at the front desk went and put 2 new bulbs in at no charge while I waited. They have also warrantied parts that went bad too soon, replacing at no cost including eating the labor.
They are the real deal!”

“I’ve been coming to Greenline for about 12 years since I moved into the Midway neighborhood. They have always given phenomenal, fair and kind / courteous service.
Ralph was fantastic, and now Steve, as the new owner has picked right up where Ralph left off: kind, fair, accommodating, competent.
I have a newer vehicle so I typically service at the dealership now. But Steve was awesome for getting me in on short notice a year ago for a punctured tire repair. And today, he got me in (with one day’s notice) for oil change and tire rotation / as I couldn’t schedule as needed with the dealership before a trip.
Like Ralph, Steve cares about people and good business practice / reputation, which welcomes new customers as well as maintaining the old!!

“I brought my work truck in for brakes. They ended up finding a rear broken leaf spring so I had them fix it. Thankfully they found it because it was a safety issue got it repaired and could not be happier with the work. Fantastic shop and will return.”

“I recommend this shop every time someone tells me about a car issue. They are the only shop I’ve found that doesn’t assume, and they speak to me in ways I understand without being the least bit demeaning. I have never felt taken advantage of at this shop. Last time I came in they listened to my issue and took a look and recommended me to a shop down the street they thought could do the job in less time and less cost and they were correct. They even went as far as calling the other shop to let them know I was heading their way so they could get me back on the road quickly (and they did, within an hour). I so appreciate the down to earth employees here.”

“Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!”
“St. Paul Automotive had stepped up to help me more than I could have ever imagined. I had an oil change done and the next day, the engine froze up on the highway and there was oil leaking all over the place. I called St. Paul Automotive right away and they had me tow it in so they could determine the cause of the issue. After reviewing the work performed with the oil change and the engine, they were not able to accurately determine what the cause of the engine seizing was from. They realize that I had only driven 36 miles since the oil change and not being able to determine the fault of the issue, they offered to take the hit on the repair and cover the replacement engine. This was a life saver. I was freaking out about the cost and what went wrong. It turned out that it also needed a new starter (as I tried to turn it over a couple of times after it died.) I paid for the starter and they took care of getting everything fixed. The support of the team, James B, and Blaine was beyond top notch. I can see why this auto shop has been around locally for as long as it has. They have the best customer service and I will recommend them to anyone who needs auto maintenance.”

“the boys at this garage are pleasant and accommodating in servicing your vehicle from start to finish. not sure how competitive they are pricewise but ive never had issues with their workmanship so i'm going to assume they perform quality repairs. i especially love the dynamic paperless digital communication from start to end on work progress & estimated costs. only complaint is that you can't really make an appointment as you'll be queued & need to arrange transportation regardless of the type of repair or service. highly recommend”
