It feels not the best to have the customer line sandwiched right in the middle of an aisle, though, I will say that. But I know that’s not the pharmacist or technicians fault.”

“The ATMs were out of order and Toni was the cashier that helped me. She provided AMAZING customer service. She was on the ball helping everyone around her, she had the answers to everyone’s questions. And when I called back to inquire about her name, of course it was Toni who answered the phone immediately.
The store was clean and well stocked. Wonderful as always. My family tries to go to Kwik Trip whenever it is an option. We’ll drive out of our way a bit even.
But Toni’s customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She should be a manager.”
