“I was worried at first that my item would not arrive once it hit this location because of all the bad reviews. But then I thought about how many other thousands of people had packages come through this facility but everything went fine. There would be no need to review it. So that’s why you don’t see too many good reviews. But due to mine leaving this facility in just a few hours unlike other reviews, I’m happy! I was legit scared like almost every other person reading these reviews. I gotta give a 5 star for swiftness and quality service. Sucks for anybody who didn’t have the same experience.”

“Freight Buddy went above and beyond what I expected! I purchased an antique phone online but the seller wouldn't ship it. Kevin, at Freight Buddy, picked up the telephone, packaged it for shipping, and had it sent from Minnesota to Georgia. He did such a great job packaging it - I think it would have survived a drop of 15,000 feet! Everyone I talked to on the phone was so kind and courteous. I wish their was a Freight Buddy in south Georgia - I would use them for all of my shipping needs. Kevin made me feel more like a friend than a customer! I can't thank them enough!”

“Adam was super helpful and informative about the whole printing process. He laid out all my options and showed me the project's preview which reassured me that I was going to get quality prints. My print project was a big one and they only had 3hrs before closing when I went in. I paid a rush fee and they got it done in an hour which really saved me because I need my posters for an event tomorrow. I highly recommend this FedEx! Much appreciation. Thank you so much!”

“I bought some fragile and expensive glassware from the local Goodwill store, and i was told that it has to be shipped by a third party. Since This's my first time of doing this, i didn't know what to do. So when i contacted Pack n ship, the quote they gave me was fair and reasonable and they didn't charge me anything to pickup my item. I received my glassware intact and on time. I wish i could give them more than 5 star.”
“This place is never congested. The line is short here. Only thing I gave 4* is... FedEx is very expensive to ship international. Just a one page piece of paper is about $147- $150.”
“This store is amazing and very helpful! I had emailed the store a real estate flyer to print at this location and when I went to pick it up, it was not yet printed because I had made an error on the second page and the manager caught the error for me! I am so thankful that they did not print and charge me for the flyers with my mistake on them. Instead, they quickly helped me fix the error and printed them for me on the spot while I waited (which was very quick, btw). What great customer service - thank you Fed Ex store on Wedgewood Lane, I will definitely be back!”
