The vet and staff were all amazing - calm, clear, helpful in next steps, and both an assistant and the vet called the next day to check in on her. Prior Lake Pet Hospital - General and Urgent Care
16680 Franklin Trail SE, Prior LakeI cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and their staff. My mom brought her cat in yesterday, and they got us in right away without hesitation. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly gentle with him. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of her questions, and truly treated him like he was their own.
Sadly, we had to come back today to say goodbye. During this hard time, the entire team was beyond compassionate. They were respectful, calming, and gave us the space and support we needed. Their kindness and empathy meant more than words can express.
This team went above and beyond at every step, and she will always be grateful for the care they showed, not just to her sweet boy Ivan, but to us as well. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, this is the place.
