I forgot to get their names but I was greeted when I walked in by an employee who immediately took down my info to get me in the queue and shortly after another employee was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. It's Saturday morning and right after the store opens my mom, my sister, my wife, and myself (4 people) all show up looking to trade in phones.
José and Quan- two employees were our knights in T-Mobile uniforms. They both took us through the entire process of answering questions about plans and prices, selecting phones, swapping sims, and setting up the new phones which in my case took much longer over the course of 2-3 hours without stopping once or complaining.
Their energies were positive, relaxed, and friendly. They were helpful and polite, allowing everyone to take a deep breath and enjoy the morning despite the tedium of digital documents and such.
The ambient music, store lighting, and smooth workflow José and Quan had were just right for us as customers.
It felt like no matter what we threw at them, they could take it in stride. José especially was so nice I actually wanted to become his friend. That's pretty rare, even for an outgoing person such as myself.
Stop by and enjoy a good group of people at this T-Mobile.

“I never write reviews but these guys are amazing. And I mean ALL of them. Went there a little less than a month ago to switch onto a plan instead of T mobile and got lots of great input on devices, potential deals etc. Decided the phone I got then wasn't for me and spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my issue resolved, but failed in the end. Decided to go into the store and see what they could do and they got me all set up with a new device. While my data was transferring I think every single person working checked on me at some point. Thanks for your help!”

“Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.”

I now have 2 phone lines for the next 3 years, free Netflix and HBO for a year, and I am paying $30 less per month compared to what I was paying. Highly recommend going to Tae for any of your Verizon services.”
“I went into Verizon in Burnsville and had to get a special service taken care of. I was treated kindly respectfully and very quickly! Very knowledgeable staff what I needed a specialty personnel and Matt helped me. He was amazing. Very kind. Explained everything in great detail to me and I felt relieved after leaving there. “I had a 5:15 appointment yesterday and I came in contact with Shamur, I asked him a question hey you guys have any phone specials he said yes and he introduced me to $400 off for phone we picked a phone you set me up with a plan then he asked me if I wanted to watch $300 off and because I had the Xfinity internet I'm just saying I was really impressed on his sales skills he wasn't even trying to sell me he was just giving me deals and perks that I was not even aware of being an Xfinity customer I just want to say thank you thank you . One thing he did say when I asked about all the deals and what I can get he did tell me Rob you going to leave like a new man and I did I walked out with a new phone I walked out with a new watch and a great value. “Came in for new phone upgrade for son, left with us both doing it. Great attitude from the staff. They recognized that when it was getting busy they immediately started a list to keep everyone organized. The gentleman who helped us was very good. Hit me with changing my plan and handled my grilling of him on why I wasn't going to, but he showed me how and reassured me it truly will ne unlimited and does not affect performance, I had to say yes. Glad I did cuz now I will be saving over $200+ a year. In the end it was a long time to do both phones but it's not on their service but T-Mobile's issue. Agree with heavy security they have you do but the fact that it seems their internet is slow for downloading new phone info AND the team actually has to call on the regular customer line for ?'s and issues which is ridiculous for them. So that is why it's not 5 stars. So be aware, if you're waiting along time it's not on these guys.”
