“I walked in to the Verizon store in Farmington, MN & Carter assisted me immediately. The screen on my phone blacked out & Carter first assessed my phone & then fixed the problem and offered suggestions on fixing other issues with my phone. Timothy, the other person working, offered suggestions to Carter & the two worked expeditiously & were quite perfessional.Thanks guys!?”
“The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because if Matt. He stayed well past close to make sure my wife’s new phone worked properly before leaving the store. He was super knowledgeable and informative and helped us with a million questions. Thank you Matt!But, I do not recommend working with Laura. She was obviously waaaayyyy too busy talking Spanish to these five guys, convincing them to all get either new phones or cases or whatever to help us out. We waited for one hour or more (after being told it was going to be 20 minutes) to get helped. This lady knew there were other customers waiting, but she had to flirt with these five guys to convince them that they needed all this stuff.I do not recommend ever dealing with her. Obviously she only cares about getting a sale and not about the customers; unlike Matt!”
“We came in the Mall of America store to ask questions regarding updating my husbands phone. We ended up updating my phone as well. Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! Definitely a 10/10! Will definitely return to that particular store for all of our phone needs. Thank you, Eduardo!!”
“Adam, Tanner, and Emily are the best! With all the promos going on right now, we made the switch to Verizon and they made the experience easy on us! We had some issues with switching over but they did all the work to make it a good experience for us. They were very patient with us and answered any questions we had. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone”

The customer service was quite professional, Hunter is a worker who helped me a lot, was efficient, and explained to me in my language (Spanish), which he knows excellently.P.S. They should raise Hunter's salary, he is quite professional and works well in his position.”

“The technician was eligible and helped service the account accordingly. Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.”
