It's shocking he is not a manager, his customer service and knowledge of the ins and outs of products and services are top notch. “Wow, I'm amazed at how great of service I got at this store. I went in Friday 2/9/24 evening, and originally I had stopped over at the Richfield location near Target. When I walked in I was greeted by who appeared to be a manager who wasn't happy to see another customer come in and first thing that was said to me is "we have a wait". Not here to hate on the staff over there, I totally get short staffing, workloads, etc. But, I didn't feel like I'd receive any kind of good experience upgrading my phone there so decided to try a different store. I live here in Eagan and went to this location. Upon entry I was greeted by an enthusiastic manager, named David, who seemed very happy there was a customer in the store needing help - opposite of Richfield. David sat down with me straight away to get started, and another AT&T employee sat down with us and chatted it up! It was a great experience, and not only did I get one eager employee - I got two! Once we started the upgrade, David checked every possible avenue he could to save me money. In these stores, we're used to being pushed to buy, buy, buy. David just wanted to make sure he made me happy and got me the best deal. It was obvious and it was appreciated. David knows what he's doing, and he knows how to get life-long customers to come into his store. He knows that one upsell doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things - but life long customers coming to his store due to good experiences is what matter's. If there's ever an AT&T owner or corporate auditor reading these, please give David a big kudos and a raise! It was the easiest iPhone upgrade experience I've ever had with AT&T and it was the most enjoyable conversations I've ever had with an AT&T employee. Thank you, David! Now, I'm just waiting on my iPhone 15 Pro Max to arrive (which he gave me free expedited shipping on for no reason but to be nice, like I said, he did everything he could to give me the best deals!) I really wasn't looking forward to sitting in a phone box store for an hour going through the process. David made it fun, and extremely quick and proficient. Not only do I not dread going into AT&T anymore, I'd be excited if I knew David would be the one to help me!! If you need to go to an AT&T store for whatever reason, go here. If you're far away, and Richfield is closer, it's worth the drive to this store.”

“The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because if Matt. He stayed well past close to make sure my wife’s new phone worked properly before leaving the store. He was super knowledgeable and informative and helped us with a million questions. Thank you Matt!But, I do not recommend working with Laura. She was obviously waaaayyyy too busy talking Spanish to these five guys, convincing them to all get either new phones or cases or whatever to help us out. We waited for one hour or more (after being told it was going to be 20 minutes) to get helped. This lady knew there were other customers waiting, but she had to flirt with these five guys to convince them that they needed all this stuff.I do not recommend ever dealing with her. Obviously she only cares about getting a sale and not about the customers; unlike Matt!”

“I signed up at Costco, for the phone trade-in for the iPhone 15. After spending over three frustrating and confusing hours mostly about getting the iPhone 15 ready, they said I could get it set up at an AT&T store which solved my problems very well. My biggest issue at the AT&T store was the high price for accessories I purchased there.”

“We came in the Mall of America store to ask questions regarding updating my husbands phone. We ended up updating my phone as well. Eduardo assisted us, explained everything to us, answered our many questions, and spent time with us to make sure we understood everything we needed to. I'll round up.Whenever I am returning from a day trip from northern Iowa and southern Minnesota and I'm staying in Eagan, I always drive by this Target in Inver Grove Heights. It has intrigued me for a while. I was looking for a specific product and decided to visit this Target to see if I could find it. I went after work.I learned that this Target is the closest one from the hotel where I usually stay in Eagan. Who knew? I normally visit the one on Cliff Road, which is a smidge farther. It was great visiting a different Target. There was a lot of parking available. I backed into a spot and walked in.Sadly, the item that I was looking for wasn't available at this store. However, what I did see did open my eyes.I love seeing travel-sized products. The variety is amazing and prices are decent.This store also has Popcornopolis and Pizza Hut. What?! Popcorn and pizza were the best discoveries from this visit. I love both so much.This store has an exceptional selection of umbrellas. It was impressive and a pleasant surprise. Most Targets have a CVS. This store used to have a Minute Clinic where you can seek medical care. Sadly, this store has closed the clinic down permanently. Bummer for those who need a doctor.I enjoyed browsing. I hope that the item gets restocked soon. I will return to get popcorn and pizza. I don't recall having Pizza Hut stateside in ages, so it's time to break that streak. I know where to get my Popcornopolis fix now.(81)”

“The guy inside was pretty nice once he understood what we were trying to do. We had to drive around the place a few times to find it because the actual " Metro" sign wasn't lit up on the building.the store was neat and clean inside and we will be going back to buy a phone!”

We had some issues with switching over but they did all the work to make it a good experience for us. They were very patient with us and answered any questions we had. “I had to call ahead to see whether the store carried something unusual called barkeepers friend. The woman who help me tonight was named Barb, and she restored my faith in Customer service. Not only did she look up the item in her computer, but she also checked if they had some on the shelf and let me know she could hold some for me at customer service. When I said I would be right over, she let me know exactly what aisle it was on and its placement in the aisle. My trip to the store was uneventful, and I got a number of extra things since I was there so I was a happy customer. The one thing I would do differently is to require the staff to wear masks to protect themselves and customers from the Delta variant. Having flown in, I was especially concerned about the virus and double-masked. We are all sick of the pandemic but we need to continue to take care until it's safe again. Thanks!”

Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.”

“I passed by this Target to get to Emagine Eagan. I was curious and stopped by after visiting a few places in the area. There was lots of parking available. I backed into a parking spot and walked in. When you walk into this Target, the washrooms are a sharp right. I didn't notice them until after I had finished my shopping. The women's washroom was clean and nicely maintained. This Target also has a Starbucks. There's a small flower section in front of it in case you miss the cafe. I didn't have anything to buy coming here. Naturally, I ended up with a couple of items. The shoe section stands out. There were so many women's size 11 shoes and boots that I was ecstatic! They looked comfortable and fashionable, at decent prices. I ended up getting a bracelet for my friend's birthday this month. At the time, my thought was to take her out for dinner and give her this bracelet. Little did I know that Ontario would go under lockdown whatever that we are at now. I'll need to figure out how to get her gift to her, but at least I got her a lovely bracelet that I hope she'll like. I nearly got one for myself, but I have way too many! The puzzle and game section is cool. I liked the R2-D2 Lego set, but it was a whopping $200 dollars! I ventured into the food section. Heavenly and deadly! If you don't have a ton of time to make dinner, there are meal kits to help you out. There were also snack trays that looked yummy. I managed to pick up a carton of Silk almond beverage. I like that it was deemed extra creamy, but without any sugar. I headed to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a nice woman help me out. I paid with a credit card. It was easy. I thanked her, grabbed my purchases, and headed out the door. This Target is smaller in size, likely because it seemed like an older store. However, it had everything I needed and I felt far more comfortable finding what I needed compared to getting lost at a huge store. It's a good Target in my books. (19)”

“The retail worker was friendly when I asked if they had any wired earbuds available at the shop. I was told that there wasn't, but that 5 Below, or Walgreens would have them for super cheap. I was urged to go to 5 Below more because they were a lot cheaper.The store was well-organized. The titles of the newest and biggest hits for the current gaming systems were displayed and easy to see. It was very tasteful. I love going to this GameStop, because they all have such polite and knowledgeable workers, and they have a great selection for games and gaming systems.”

“Loved it! Went with my best friend! Lots of things they had that Costco didn't have! The only downside was that some of the store smelt like rotten eggs! But other than that it didn't take away from the experience! They had great low prices on items! Decent variety of different types of things! The store was easy to get around and locate things. It didn't overwhelm me the way Costco does. It wasn't too big or too small of a store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SCAN AND GO OPTION! Costco doesn't have the option so you have to wait in a long ass line! But the option to scan and go is there at sam's! It makes things, fast, and convient! Just all around a great first impression. I love how offend Sam's has instant savings on things as well! Sam's club is very underratted tbh. The only thing I wanna add is that they don't really have a big selection for cats and I'm feeling my pet is being left out! But other than that it's amazing!”

“After trying to get my iPhone 12 mini battery replaced at two other stores, I ended up at MOA (thankfully the store is located on the first floor, close to entrances on the west side, so it was easy to get to quickly).It was like the great Apple service experience I remember from the Uptown store (miss that store!). They were fast, efficient, kind, and not patronizing. The phone was ready when they promised it would be. They mentioned that if my old phone didn't survive the procedure, they would replace it and it appears they did just that! Third time was a charm. The first time would have been better, but now I know to just go to MOA.”
