We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. “The retail worker was friendly when I asked if they had any wired earbuds available at the shop. I was told that there wasn't, but that 5 Below, or Walgreens would have them for super cheap. I was urged to go to 5 Below more because they were a lot cheaper.The store was well-organized. The titles of the newest and biggest hits for the current gaming systems were displayed and easy to see. It was very tasteful. I love going to this GameStop, because they all have such polite and knowledgeable workers, and they have a great selection for games and gaming systems.”
