They’re not just there to sell you the most expensive thing and get you out of there. They recommended multiple things and helped me through an issue with my bill. “We were there just after Christmas to trade in phones and get a sync up watch paired from Santa. After spending HOURS on the phone with customer service they recommended we go in. We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. Isaiah’s level of professionalism and expertise were unmatched. This was by far the most positive experience we’ve experienced with TMobile.”

“The retail worker was friendly when I asked if they had any wired earbuds available at the shop. I was told that there wasn't, but that 5 Below, or Walgreens would have them for super cheap. I was urged to go to 5 Below more because they were a lot cheaper.The store was well-organized. The titles of the newest and biggest hits for the current gaming systems were displayed and easy to see. It was very tasteful. I love going to this GameStop, because they all have such polite and knowledgeable workers, and they have a great selection for games and gaming systems.”
