“I really like this UPS store in Burnsville. It's busy but they have a lot of employees and the like always moves fast. I have to ship things from time to time and I use Pirate Ship to print my own label to save time. They are always helpful and check my packages in for me. Plus it's convenient right off 42. The only downside is the parking lot is small and busy so you have to be careful or you will be run into. For what ever reason, some people drive like maniacs. But the store is great.”
“Super nice guy:) I wish I found out about this place when I first moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, it is way easier than having to wait or worry about he post office or getting my packages at the leasing building due to them getting stolen at my building. He charges $3 a package to be sent out by UPS or for $10 a month you get a mailbox and unlimited packages to be sent, the only thing I got confused about was it's a 6-month minimum and you have to pay it upfront so $60 + show 2 forms of ID, SSI card not accepted. I showed him my ID and my lease. You can also get things sent to his email and he will print it for you and I believe they fax as well. They sell shipping essentials if needed AKA boxes and tape. Only open busines hrs during the Week- Not Open on Weekends!”
“This particular ups store is amazing. I had an order that had 3 separate boxes and needed to be shipped in one big box but they knew away around it and helped me save another trip by doing the shipment separately and the gentleman I wish I knew his name but he had patience and helped get it done correctly. Amazing thank you”

“Some of my returns are via “Happy Returns,” a wonderful service provided by UPS. I just initiate the return online and drop the item at UPS. No packaging, no shipping, and no charge. Service here is excellent.”

“My son was.trying to get citizenship papers.sent out and the fist set got lost so .he spoke to jean on the phone she went above and beyond to try and track the package time sensitive they lost it in Mississippi so ky son went back to Jean in richfield store she was so patient and so nice and extremely helpful his papers got sent out again and got to the place on time thanks to Jean it all worked out she is absolutely a great asset to fed ex wonderful experience.thanks jean”
“Left Plainfield Indiana to go home to White Bear Lake Minnesota. I left my phone, and a whole bag of clothes in the hotel room. The hotel staff (I posted a review of them as well) had taken my forgotten items to the UPS store in Plainfield on Tuesday night. 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning I had my phone back. Very very impressed!”

“I love this place. I live a block away and visit often. The staff are excellent -- especially the manager, Samwise. He'll even order products for you if you ask him to. It's the kind of neighborhood joint that is a hub of neighborhood information too -- either from other regulars or from the staff. They always know what's going on in the 'hood.”
“Great service here. I needed a couple letters mailed with guaranteed delivery and one of my addresses is different. The clerk who helped was thorough, figured out how to address the envelope so it mailed correctly and took initiative asking another colleague for help. It was great I was impressed! “This printing place is my absolute favorite! Seriously, for anything more than a few pages or when I need top-notch quality, this is where I go. It's even more affordable and produces way better results than my own inkjet printer. Plus, they have various types of paper available for purchase by the sheet, which is super convenient. The 'print and go' is really straightforward, and the guys here are always super helpful if you need any assistance. Having access to a paper cutter and laminator is a huge bonus too. I haven't shipped anything from here, but I have used their printing services many times and they are fantastic and the customer support goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“Devin at this post office is a saint! Last Thursday there were 16 people in line to mail packages and he didnt appear stressed out. He very calmly and efficiently greeted each person and got their packages ready to go. Unfortunately nobody made any attempt to use the self service kiosk. People get impatient and upset to see lines, yet they dont use the kiosk, which is very easy and fast to use. This would make the line at the counter smaller and help Devin and the other employees. Cmon people! The kiosk is a piece of cake. Use it or stop complaining about the line!”
