“Rodney was extremely helpful with from the old SIM card to the new SIM card I had issues because I tried to have it done at another store. This was frustrating to say the least but Rodney went out of his way to make it right my phone works I'm leaving a satisfied customer five stars.”
“So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”

“Have had 2 up grades, had just 3 prime, that was still working, want upgrade, was told no more free phones, cost now. By the time I left, with the phone, all accessories needed, between mobile, auto , cords chargers, THE final out the door was over 300 dollars. I have been metro over 7 years, I think is a little harsh, to stay with metro. I could have went with, infinity, with free phone, and cheaper service. All my accessories, would have worked. I should have moved on,”
