“I was upset when my phone busted while I was visiting from out of town, a total bummer! I was not looking forward to standing around a store for hours with a child under 10yo. IYKYK. However, I must say how impressed I was with this store!! I was immediately acknowledged by 2 employees (that would never happen at my home store in OK). Josh was the guy who ended up helping me out, he was professional and very knowledgeable about all the phone models. Once I picked out my new phone, Josh helped me get it all set up and get everything transferred. I was in and out so fast, it was painless! I just had to leave a wonderful review because based on my experience with other stores I was dreading it but I left with renewed confidence in Verizon! Thank you Josh for helping us out-of-towners you were our hero that day!”
