“I went in looking for drawer slides. The knew exactly what I was looking for after I described them to him. They also had a new tool that would work for the cabinet doors I was making. Making flat slabs from multiple pieces of wood. Had no idea such a tool existed, and would've been helpful for my cutting boards.”

I stopped in at Frattallone’s and Derek was incredibly helpful showing me what things I would need to finish the job. Dishwasher is now operational with no leaks! “A truly amazing decking supply retailer. Dale took the time to fully understand my front porch stair railing project and helped me understand exactly what I needed to get the job done the right way. Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. Instead he made me aware of a better and less costly solution, but he guaranteed our return business when we replace our back stoop with an elaborate deck. The Golden Rule. Today's ray of hope. Reaffirmation of faith in humanity. Okay, I'll stop... You can trust this company.”
“I had an issue with an air tool. Joey and Brian were on it and took care of me. It was confusing because the claim was for a tool that hadn't reached the start of my extended warranty. These guys took the time to figure it out and make sure I was out the door with a new tool and warranty. Highly recommend”
“I had such an amazing experience at this store!! I was buying latch straps ahead of a road trip to the North Shore and Andy took the time to demo the latch strap. Once I got home I still couldn’t figure it out so I ended up going back to the store to see if they could help. Another gentleman took the time to help me attach the latch straps to my carrier hitch IN THE POURING RAIN. Seriously so grateful for their help and customer service. Will definitely be back!!”
