Today’s experience went above and beyond. My daughter’s car was in the shop for routine maintenance when the starter—originally purchased from O’Reilly’s—failed. The starter was still under warranty, and the store manager, Aaron, personally delivered the replacement directly to the repair shop.

“The customer service here is great and the staffs are super knowledgeable and helpful. I was outside trying to figure out how to install my wiper blades and couldn't for the longest. One of the staffs was outside during his break and saw that I needed help and came to help me immediately. He installed both of my wiper blades.

“Awesome experience, came in and needed help finding parts for wiper nozzles, and they brought us right to what we needed to replace them, told us how to do it ourselves and helped us find the tool to pop the tabs off the hood to get to them to replace them. Will definitely be back when I have other things I need help fixing. ??”
“My son needed a fuel hose. The one he got earlier from a different place. Wasn't right it got hot and soften at the end and fell off. The guys searched for the correct one but they didn't have any on hand. My son didn't have time to try and order one. One of the guys suggested one of their other stores that had a bigger supply of parts on hand.”

“Walter is a legend!!! I walked in to grab some tail lights and he was just helping a gentleman with his windshield wipers. He apologized for not helping me right away then proceeded to find the lights I needed, AND showed me how to do it!! Super duper helpful and a great guy!!! He deserves a raise 100%. Thank you Walter!”
