I returned to the store next day and showed receipt to the young manager on duty, and he said nothing could be done about the overcharge other than write to corporate. I then got an email from Petsmart asking me to rate the store. Of course, I expressed my dismay. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised when the chief store manage, Nathan, took time to personally call me and correct the mistake and also explained why the overcharge had occurred.

Not only do they provide exceptional service for regular appointments, they go above and beyond to get us in quickly for unexpected visits and also ensure our girl Millie has a great stay at the Bed and Biscuit when she needs some time away from us ;) When we had to bring our dog Lucy in in 2020 to have her put to sleep (Dr. Z had taken care of her from 10 weeks old), the staff was incredibly kind and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye - on a Saturday. Dr. Zieren was very compassionate, as was his staff that day. They know your pets and love them! Wish I could give more than five stars!
