I want to give a huge shoutout to JC at the Starbucks inside Target! On December 10, 2025, I went in to grab some breakfast, and he asked if I wanted coffee. I said I’m not a big coffee fan, and he smiled and said he could put together something special just for me.
He asked if I was lactose intolerant, and I laughed and said yes. He suggested oat milk and created a custom drink recipe made only for me. I fell in love instantly! Now I consider myself part of the Starbucks family, all thanks to JC.
His patience, kindness, and excellent customer service are unmatched. He even wrote down the ingredients for me on a piece of paper, so now I can go to any Starbucks and show them exactly how to make my special drink—always perfect!
The drink is officially called “JC” on my receipt, and I still think about it and appreciate him in April 2026. Thank you so much, JC, for making my Starbucks experience so amazing!”

“Location: Southaven,Mississippi on Goodman Rd near I55: needs more Customer Service reps at least one per department. The rep that I found however, was helpful. She assisted me with a new dryer purchase and a pair of Rayban Meta glasses which Im extremely excited about! Also, I was able to complete the transaction in the appliance department with the rep and not have to stand in the extremely long holiday line in the front of the store.”
“I just wanted to recognize a super awesome employee by the name of Paul who works in auto radio. I purchased a Kenwood car stereo for my Jeep late last year Jeep installs aren't easy but he did a great job! I think it was before Christmas last year and today I stop in to buy a new iPhone cable. As I walk into the store I bump into Paul he recognizes me and helps me pick out the correct cable That's pretty good customer service”

“There is not a high enough rating for Alex! He is supreme in customer service! Too many people offer half-a$$ service but Alex refreshingly is quite knowledgable in all things cell phone and electronic. He actually GOES way-and-above to make sure it is done right, you are more than satisfied and will be a return customer. On occasion when he happened to have a day off, the person who was working was quick to say what I asked was unable to be done and quickly finished with me. The next day I called Alex to confirm it could not be fixed; he immediately fixed it over the phone!! Cricket has great deals and I am very happy I left Verizon, but Alex is the BEST thing about switching to Cricket. If he ever leaves Cricket, I may have to leave too! I wish there were more Alexes in the world; it would be a better & kinder place!!”
