“Every time I step into the store it is a positive experience. I’ve been coming in for years. Most recently I have been helped by a young lady named Jennifer. She just does a great job. The store is friendly and efficient.”

“The ladies at the shop were so kind! Easy to work with and tried to make my visit and easy and smooth as possible. I got there to ship a vacuum back for repair using the fedex service they have at the shop. But I didn’t have a box that would fit. They pulled extra boxes they had from the back that previous customers had left and tried everything they could to get me a box for free. I finally had to go to Walmart and buy a bigger one but I still went back to their shop to ship my package even though I could have chosen a closer fedex drop location. They took time with me to package the whole thing up and secure it nice with whatever extra packaging they had and the bubble wrap I had bought from Walmart. They had a kids movie on which helped to entertain my 6 year old and I had my infant strapped in the carrier on my chest. So it was just a very nice experience all the way around and they made every effort to be accommodating. I would go back and see them just for this reason. Kindness goes a long way.”

“I'm really struggling with why this place has such bad reviews. I've been here a number of times now to print signage for events, and also to pick up pre-ordered items created off of canva. Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.”

“The quality is wonderful. I've had many wedding photos printed here and have not been disappointed!Just know that they are a small business that is only open 3 days a week. I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.”

“Jason (the manager) was SOOO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I was having problems accessing a Word document to print up so I brought my computer in to get some assistance. Jason was so patient and helpful, never once exasperated with my needs and request. He quickly found the document and was able to print up exactly what I needed. I also had some pictures on this same old dinosaur of a laptop that I wanted printed up. He was also able to locate them and print up exactly what I wanted in two different sizes. He patiently spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time, just very friendly and so extremely helpful! He also has an incredible sense of humor and kept me in stitches the entire time! My kind of person! And he was also having a rough morning dealing with an issue with the front door, but rolled with the punches and tended to all the customers with professionalism and speed. What began as a very frustrating morning for me at home trying to find and print up the document I needed quickly, became a truly enjoyable visit to FedEx, lol. Jason's superior management skills, attitude, and personality completely changed my day around! He was also super helpful sending the package out with the documents I needed delivered the next day!I cannot say enough about Jason and this location! Service, management and personalities were spot on, especially given that they were also having a frustrating morning! “I Just want to say how I went to this store for a while now and it hasn’t always been the best service but recently over the last couple weeks the service has gotten a lot better. I don’t know if a women by the name of Lilly is a new hire or not but she was delightful . We talked and she helped me get in and out in a timely and efficient manner which is hard to come by these days. She was very polite and didn’t seem bothered to help when I asked questions. 10/10 service.”

“I love this UPS store. The man with the cowboy hat is always very pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. They're always happy to assist and do whatever they need to do to address the needs and concerns of their customers.This location has plenty of supplies and they offer lots of services such as packing your items for you (if needed), printing, custom print jobs, PO boxes and more.They will accept USPS packages ? as well which makes it even more convenient. As you can see I've had great experiences here and encourage everyone to check them out.”

“I live in Chicago and had a special order to place for a client to pick up in Overland Park, KS. Although on line uploading print files is an options, I needed more consulting to get the results I was looking for. I was lucky that Bill answered the phone; he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in setting up my files to get a full bleed look even though they have laser printing and that's technically not available. He was so patient when I called at least 3 times, and a 4th time to confirm the cost because it was so inexpensive that my boss didn't believe it.Thanks Bill for being awesome at your job!”
