Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“Last night, I was assisted by Lavera and Jeff, and I just wanted to give them a kudos and shout out. A mistake was made where a shipment label was accidentally cancelled after it had already been picked up from the Dropbox. After contacting customer service, I was directed to visit the Earth City location in case they were able to assist. 30 minutes before closing, Lavera welcomed me, gathered the info she needed, and asked Jeff if it’s possible to find the package. Jeff worked a miracle, found my package and we were able to create a new shipment label to send off the package in time. I just wanted to publicly thank both Lavera and Jeff for being so helpful and calm. They turned a potentially challenging situation into an easily resolvable one. While I know this is not always possible, I wanted to thank them for their efforts.”

For the most part I’ve never had FedEx mess up an order that they were responsible for delivering. They aren’t always perfect, but they don’t mess up anywhere near as much as OnTrac and don’t just toss packages around like OnTrac.”

“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.
