“You can tell a lot about a location’s customer service & atmosphere by the acts of their leaders. This morning I rolled in with a flat tire desperate to use the air machine. Two nice ladies directed me to it & said “someone will be out to help you!” Which I was confused by because I was just hoping it would reinflate. Zach Hogbin, the GM, came out to help me patch my tire & put it back on the car & I was back on the road. He was so kind to take the time to help a stranger & make sure I was good to go. He has shown he is running a 5 star business & I look forward to future visits as a new customer!”

“Kyle and the other team members always greet me with a smile and most know my name. They are all very helpful with prescriptions as well as finding over the counter items even going to the aisle with me to find items which sometimes I have trouble finding. One example is finding Famotidine tablets which seem to be the only ones I can use for acid indigestion at night time.
Kyle really has put together a great team at this CVS location.”

“Working very close by I frequent this gas station frequently. They are always very nice and hospitable here and the food is awesome. The reason that I decided to pay this review though. Is because today I witnessed an act of kindness that I’ve never seen at any “convenience “ store before. There was a young homeless lady outside that when noticed by the staff was immediately fed and given something to drink, at no charge. Great job y’all and I’ll def keep coming here !!”
“This station is just a bit above your average gas station. They seem to have a little bit of everything. Its decor is nicely done, its clean, plenty of room inside to navigate the isles.”
“A smallish spot, the parking lot can be challenging during peak periods. However, Petro Mart has all the requirements for a combo gas station and convenience store. Meets mandated COVID precautions such as face masks inside, social distancing, and plexiglass cash register shields.”

“I live in this general neighborhood. I try to stay away from 7-11 because I gave up soda 12 years ago but I treat myself every now and then. Nothing hits like a Big Gulp of Diet Coke. I'd rather have it than dinner. It's reasonably clean here and the employees are friendly. I never get gas but sometimes that well maintained soda fountain just calls me in...”

“Fantastic pharmacy! I'll pass at least 3 pharmacies (yes, one is another Walgreens near our home) just to go to 14950 Clayton Rd. Greg is top notch. Yesterday, he arranged same day COVID testing for me when another Walgreens showed no concern for my urgency and would not even try. I spoke to Greg on the phone, met him at the drive thru for my test and he called me back (within 20 mins) with my results. Other Walgreens should take a lesson from Greg on excellent customer service. Quick, convenient and put me at ease. I'm happy to go out of my way for this Walgreens in the future for my family. Thanks Greg!!”

“The staff does an exceptional job. They are always knowledgeable, make sure you understand the medicines you are getting and are extremely polite and friendly.The problem I have, is there is insufficient staff to handle the volume of patients that use this facility. Often, the wait can be long. I also use another pharmacy, for certain prescriptions due to insurance, and do not find the wait time there as long.I use CVS because of the Pharmacists. Please provide them sufficient staff.”

“Nobody is perfect so I will give it a four star, I'm a big cardinal fan, I was at the game Saturday nite when they score over 5 runs, next day .60 all drinks, I wasn't sure if I had to have a card or not, this is my 2nd time to be here, I got my drink and the young lady charge me .60 , the place was clean, not all gas stations are not clean or having problems, even with your name brand places too, this place was easy to get to, busy place all the time, another person from Yelp checks in here all the time, so it has to be good, easy to get across from strip mall”

“There are a LOT of bad reviews for a LOT of good reasons. That said, all of the locals in the area know to come during Cari's shift, when they're sure to receive fantastic service, good tunes, and a bit of free therapy. The other employees offer a mixed bag as far as customer service goes, assuming they're not "in the restroom, brb" for 3 hours.
Beyond that the store/restrooms are generally clean and you can get whatever you need without issue.
I have not used the car wash.”

“Just had a positive experience getting flu and Covid shots. The check in process is quick (use your smart phone to scan a QR code) and there was just a short wait. Make an appointment ahead of time online. The staff was courteous and efficient.”
“Edited 2/25/24 My experiences at this location have improved significantly since the last review I posted. I am usually able to get ordered prescriptions within the day they are sent.
The pharmacy staff at this location are friendly enough, but they are woefully under staffed. I have a bad sinus infection and have been ordered an antibiotic for it. The antibiotic was called in over 24 hours ago. I tried calling on the phone to check on it and waited on hold for half an hour (with only two people in front of me) and never got through. When I checked on it in person, I was told they were very backed up and it would be at least another hour. I would recommend choosing another place if you need a prescription filled quickly.”
