“You can tell a lot about a location’s customer service & atmosphere by the acts of their leaders. This morning I rolled in with a flat tire desperate to use the air machine. Two nice ladies directed me to it & said “someone will be out to help you!” Which I was confused by because I was just hoping it would reinflate. Zach Hogbin, the GM, came out to help me patch my tire & put it back on the car & I was back on the road. He was so kind to take the time to help a stranger & make sure I was good to go. He has shown he is running a 5 star business & I look forward to future visits as a new customer!”
“Well, you can fill your tank, your cup and your belly at this spot! Home of 3 Bay BBQ, including some to-go desserts and food items if you are in a hurry. Folks are always friendly and they have a great selection of what you might need from a convenience store.”

“A smallish spot, the parking lot can be challenging during peak periods. However, Petro Mart has all the requirements for a combo gas station and convenience store. Meets mandated COVID precautions such as face masks inside, social distancing, and plexiglass cash register shields.”
“Working very close by I frequent this gas station frequently. They are always very nice and hospitable here and the food is awesome. The reason that I decided to pay this review though. Is because today I witnessed an act of kindness that I’ve never seen at any “convenience “ store before. There was a young homeless lady outside that when noticed by the staff was immediately fed and given something to drink, at no charge. Great job y’all and I’ll def keep coming here !!”

“I live in this general neighborhood. I try to stay away from 7-11 because I gave up soda 12 years ago but I treat myself every now and then. Nothing hits like a Big Gulp of Diet Coke. I'd rather have it than dinner. It's reasonably clean here and the employees are friendly. I never get gas but sometimes that well maintained soda fountain just calls me in...”

“Nobody is perfect so I will give it a four star, I'm a big cardinal fan, I was at the game Saturday nite when they score over 5 runs, next day .60 all drinks, I wasn't sure if I had to have a card or not, this is my 2nd time to be here, I got my drink and the young lady charge me .60 , the place was clean, not all gas stations are not clean or having problems, even with your name brand places too, this place was easy to get to, busy place all the time, another person from Yelp checks in here all the time, so it has to be good, easy to get across from strip mall”

“There are a LOT of bad reviews for a LOT of good reasons. That said, all of the locals in the area know to come during Cari's shift, when they're sure to receive fantastic service, good tunes, and a bit of free therapy. The other employees offer a mixed bag as far as customer service goes, assuming they're not "in the restroom, brb" for 3 hours.
Beyond that the store/restrooms are generally clean and you can get whatever you need without issue.
I have not used the car wash.”
